Passionate about HR, AGENCE VITAE CONSEIL is the antithesis of a good company ... (everything is illegal)

- 45 / 50h per week, paid 35h
- Goals and pressure every day
- Company in liquidation and name change in order to change the status
- A CEO, Mr Lefeuvre who takes himself for the king of the world with his group "Piana HR" which is non-existent with his bogus companies. Putting pressure on all the teams, we would think we were seeing Satan appear, his own employees lying to him and shooting each other in the foot.
- We were about twenty trainees for 4 permanent contracts
- No training, no integration and no tools available
- We have to run after our money to be paid (not the right amount and illegally dated in the previous month)
- Discrimination during internal or external recruitment "Caucasian and under 30"
- The well-being ? they don't know this word: burn-out / no hygiene
- The CDI of the commercial pole do not stay when they realize the scam that this company represents. Some have initiated proceedings with lawyers to recover their money owed to them for months
- Obvious conflict between the two poles (HR and Commercial) which creates a bad atmosphere when they should cooperate to work better
- Many customers claim their money because the contracts are not respected: Beware of debts
- No recognition for a permanent contract work done while we are interns! Bonuses ?????

Interviewed, really very weird: it's not a recruitment box, it's a call center in which you won't see any candidates. Do not think of gaining recruitment experience.

I worked with them for two months (I ended the trial period myself), it was a nightmare. The contract provides 35h but it is imperative to do 9-20h! Liars. Poorly paid, shark atmosphere, competition, nastiness between employees, I had to run after them to recover my balance from any account (unpaid leave, I had more than 150 due) ..... You will reap what you sow

They are completely incompetent beware except you lose money they will never bring you anything and even less candidates.Will pay 50% of the invoice down payment but never send you any candidates for anything from me and this is since May, we are in September !! Say recruit in 15j ... that of pipo.The shame of the profession for having previously worked with d cabinets all has always gone well it's the first time I see that.The worst?
