I took the Conceal & Carry class a couple days ago with Darryl Griffin and Steve Griffin who were wonderful instructors. For this being a zoom class they did great. I actually prefer this type of setting. You do have to go to the range. They were very professional, informative, nice, and experienced. They listened and were patient. They made me feel comfortable and were willing to help me and others. Their office building was verrry nice and updated. The employees I encountered were nice and professional as well. I would definitely recommend them and I will be back.

I was supposed to have orientation today but noone was on the zoom call I tried calling no answer all day!! Feeling discouraged from working here

EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGEMENT HERE. No one knows how to do their job properly here! This is a security company with no receptionist! If they have one they are NEVER at the phones. EVER. They hire people and do not follow through. It is like picking teeth with these people in regards to orientation, scheduling, and questions about shifts. Either they don t answer at all or the manager or supervisor that answers doesn t know what s going on or they get mad at you for asking questions and needing assistance. In the office they service you based on your importance to them. If you re an employee coming in with concerns be prepared to leave feeling disrespected and low. They will help and have a good attitude with those who they feel are on they re level. They pre judge people as well. Young black people coming in just looking for a job to better themselves, save a little money for themselves and they families. They look at us and judge us and don t care about helping us. There is a pandemic going on. Everybody got it rough right now. But to go to your job and expect some type of help or clarity about a shift you re helping them out by working and get hit with disrespect and damn near no acknowledgement in the beginning is almost in humane with everything people dealing with during these times in the world. I m very hurt and disappointed never experienced with with a security company before

My daughter works here!! This is the largest Black-owned Security Firm in the country!! The are celebrating 20 yrs. this year!!

At residential area they do not do there drop 3people died on their watch they are not professional very rude tell residents they can't unload there things they park in fire lanes a fire happen in the fire department couldn't get threwneacause they were blocking it unprofessional rude in need to do better

I have 31 years of experience in this profession 10 years in Management Field Supervision Site Supervisor and a Flex officer I worked my way to Management I m good at what I do offered me a Lieutenants Position and never heard back from them. I was in charge of 12 accounts and 100 officers the idea is to keep the clients happy and satisfied I did that. I would have been a great addition to the team but I think it was maybe because I was Caucasian even though I saw some other s they can t do what I do.Very unprofessional in the hiring process it always starts from the top to comfortable with the leadership that they have something needs to change.
