Most terrible service imaginable. Company is listed as official Nikon service representative. However it's a shame on Nikon to have them as partners. Complete incompetence, failing to provide any information.

Worse to be. Dishwasher is being repaired from summer. Pingely pay for details on October 10th. Now even the electronics do not answer anymore. there is no chance to call the phone. I have not met such a "good" company in my life. To confirm the entry, it was necessary to mark at least one star. But this company really is not worth it.
Detailed ordering is by e-mail only. I responded to the inquiry after 3 days, it took serial number, I sent it, now the second day no news. Sevis is called ... If it were possible, I would give 0 bugs.
Service is one big tragedy. The TV has been on hold for 3 weeks, still hasn't been returned, no response has been found at this time, but no one is going to download. Called 2 times, promised over call, but unfortunately that didn't happen.
Already for 40 days, mismatch washing machines. Can not even call. I have to call every day and ask when the details will arrive and so on. I do not recommend it. Something wrong with service.
Its really hard to undersand how AG Service can declare they are fast and oriented to customers ? I was forced to use they services for 2 times - one warranty case and another LD insurance case. First case was solved after ~3 months, I had to write dosen emails and make a lot calls, just AG Service totally wasnt willing to contact manufacturer Gigabyte for details. Second time Lietuvos Draudimas case - I delivered electronic PC details for inspection. On delivery to AG Service I was given time for inspection 1 week. After 2 weeks I writed email to know "status quo", but nobody replied. After 3 weeks I writed again and called - got straight answer - see on internet page case "status". On internet its just writen "Taisoma" -"under repair". And thats all, no more details. So I dont understand how they still not bancrupt ? Probably because at the moment they have big repair network and a lot partners.... My recommendation - avoid at all costs if possible.
I would not recommend it to anyone. Doubtful competence of masters. Company representatives do not know how to communicate with customers. Services do not provide, but require payment of money. If you have the opportunity to apply elsewhere do so and do so
