About African Community Education
African Community Education (ACE) is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to empowering refugee and immigrant youth and families through education. The organization was founded in 2006 by a group of educators who recognized the need for educational support for African refugees and immigrants in Worcester, Massachusetts.
The mission of ACE is to provide academic support, mentoring, and leadership development opportunities to African refugee and immigrant youth. The organization believes that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty and creating a brighter future for these young people.
ACE offers a range of programs designed to meet the unique needs of its students. These programs include after-school tutoring, summer enrichment programs, college preparation workshops, leadership development opportunities, and cultural enrichment activities.
