Grocery items at a very low price. You just have to be at the right day and time for the shelves to be refilled with stocks. Don't forget to bring your ecobags since they don't provide bags. They do give out empty boxes if there is available. There's enough parking space. Unless you'll be there during peak hours, especially on Sunday where church goers usually shop after mass.

And btw, you need to have a valid officers/dependent ID in order to shop.

Only AFP personnel and retired soldiers can buy in this store. Definitely 12-20% lower than normal grocery store because here, all the items were tax free. Sometimes, limited items on the store and it depends on the delivery of items.

AFPCES strictly adheres with the MPHS and it does not get too crowded (no long lines) most especially during the morning (few hours after opening). Prices of goods are significantly lower from commercial establishments/grocery stores. One thing to take note of, they only accept cash as payment.
