I joined as content writer at afore technical services, after 3 months company did not pay us salary, in 60 days i got one month salary. totally worst management, company ceo is characterless person. girls please don't join this company. many employee is suffering from salary issue this company. be careful girls.

Good organisation to work who so ever is posting bad reviews for the company. Kindly ignore those reviews. It's been 2 years am hiring for the company Owner is really good in terms of salary and incentives of the candidates and consultant fee as well... He's very supportive person. It's a stable & environmental friendly organisation.

There is no such prons in this company people who have writen positive feedback about afore technical services either they are within company management level or are forced to write positive feedback... AS OTHERS ARE NOT BLIND AND CAN NOT GO TO GOOGLE REVIEW ONLY TO JOIN THIS COMPANY, LOOK IN GLASSDOOR(LOL), I REALLY WISHED I CUD HAVE CHECKED THE REVIEW ONLINE BEFORE I JOINED THE COMPANY THEN I WOULD HAVE NOT TO SPOILED MY TWO MONTHS IN THIS COMPANY THAT TOO WITHOUT SALARY...HERE IS MY EXPERIENCE.....

you just name it you will come across to many things that you can think of writing about negative prospect about this company. Lets starts with its interview procedure... Talk about HR of this company. The HR(Himanshu) has zero knowledge about company movement.. and they are the top most lairs of this company. When you come for the interview they will say you will get salary on time exactly on 7TH even this is mentioned on its company offer letter. However when you joined operation and your salary date comes, you will never see salary credited in your account... and when you enquire about this to the employees who are doing charity work there you will get to know that you never get salary on time and it gets delayed upto 3 to 8 months.you cant even imagine. While working in this company you have to kill your personal life because we must forget that we should work and are working to enhance our personal life but working with "AFORE TECHNICAL SERVICES" you have to kill your personal life even coz knowing the fact you will never get your over time money you have to forcefully come on saturday for which you wil never get paid..and if you raise your concern mind it ...yess mind it the most lunatic and psychopath guy who has been appointed as a post of manager cum TL named Rakesh Singh will have all right to shout on you and call guard to throw you out from the company coz you have raised your concern for salary and other genuine issues. And they talk about professionalism, Common dude you cant run your company if you cant value your employees.... And this is the only reason this company is falling down contineously instead of getting up. Talking about CEO (RAKESH KUMAR).... CEO HAS AN UNREALISTIC DREAM AND HE LIVE IN HIS THIS FAKE COMFORT ZONE... HE HAS NO CONTRIBUTE TOWARD EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMNET YESS BUT WHEN SALES GETS DOWN HE WILL DEFINATLY BUT WHEN IT COMES TO SALARY HE WILL RUN AND TRY TO HIDE HIS FACE .

ONE ADVICE TO MANAGEMENT : JUST SHUT DOWN THE COMPANY AS YOU DO NOT HAVE ABILITY TO CLEAR YOUR EMPLOYEES DUES

Afore Technical Services is the best company I have ever worked for. They value their employees & do whatever it takes to keep the culture a family vibe. The only reason I would leave Indeed is to move to a different area.

Fake tech suppt in the name of IT business!

I worked for 1year.8month here didn t get salary for 5 month, in the 6th month got salary of a month only. The company is full of cons and not good in any sector...No Employee benefit..No health insurance, they deduct PF but never provide the PF number to me. Fraud management and so called HR Radhe shyam gives excuses for salary delays like Axis bank ke server mein pani bhar gaya hai..seriously???? .

The owner Rakesh kumar is a big cheat & fraud who have no knowledge of business. This company treat employee as slave, salary was always delayed and even get deducted without any notification. I haven t received my full and final settlement yet it s almost 11 months now.

What amazes me about this company is that they are very focused on individual growth!
I've been working at Afore for more than two year now and I absolutely love it. The people, culture, management, and work/life balance are all incredible!
