I cannot advocate enough on behalf of AIM and especially our rock star loan officer Bob Kopf! We put our house up for sale right about the time that the pandemic began to really affect us here in CO and just a few weeks prior we started the pre-approval process knowing that it might be crunch time to get our house sold and purchase a new one within a very tight window. Despite my wife transitioning into a new self employed career in the last year or so, Bob and his team (Shout out to Heather!) were able to guide us through the documents that were required and added hurdles that the lenders asked for during such an uncertain time. We were able to sell our house and got under contract on our new home in less than 36 hrs. If we didn't have all of our "ducks in a row" as Bob would put it, that would never have been possible. I wouldn't normally review a mortgage company but working with AIM on our refinance recently went so well that I wanted to share my experience.

First they came out to our house to meet and sign paperwork at times that were convenient to us including the closing on a Saturday evening to accommodate my wife's work schedule.

Throughout the entire process they went above and beyond what I think most brokers would do to get us into the mortgage we needed. Communication was great and the underwriting process was relatively painless because of the work they did up front.

If the occasion comes up they will be my only recommendation.
