I had high hopes based on the promises made, but the reality didn't align. Communication felt lacking, and the service wasn't as thorough as I anticipated. I expected more engagement and support throughout the process. There’s definitely room for improvement in both service delivery and customer care. Would like to see more commitment in the future. 🤔
