I spoke to a lovely gentleman called REZA on 20/04/2020 at 10:17 am from the meter reading and payments department, who I must say was kind and extremely helpful, thank you REZA for being patient with me during this peak time, you are a lovely gentleman with the best customer service, defo deserve a pay rise or heavy bonus. (Not sure which affinity department I called too but hopefully he and his manager sees this.)

They are terrible. They blocked the road all day with no viable access route for disabled people. They suggested walking 1.5 miles along the public footpath!! Doh how do you expect me to walk 1.5 miles when I am disabled?

Diabolical company. First send you 2 x the actual usage bill estimates despite water meter being installed for the property. . Then threaten you with legal action 1(!) week after sending proper reading. Lousy mess! Real shame that there is no any alternatives for water supply but them!

Try having your water supplied by them in Croxley Green. For the past year almost monthly outages. They have ONE job and they can't even do that. Useless, I'd feel embarrassed to work for them.
