Excellent customer service. When I call, I'm speaking to actual Atlantans who know what they're doing, not a call center agent reading from a script. They are always so knowledge, patient and helpful. Absolutely no complaints!

I have worked closely with Affinity Bank almost since they started out as Atlanta Business Bank. I have several commercial and personal accounts with them. The people are incredibly committed to first class customer service. I truly have a "relationship" with them and love how they handle my business. You could not pay me to change banks. I am very loyal to them and they deserve it. If you want a banking relationship unlike any other, go see the folks at Affinity Bank. You'll see and feel the difference the minute you walk in the door! And don't forget to ask about remote deposit - it's a life saver for me.

Here to cash a check. The account is with Affinity...they r charging me 10 dollars to cash one of their checks. Absolute BS. Not happy

My ex-partner and I used Atlanta Business Bank to obtain a SBA loan 7 years ago when we opened our business. Atlanta Business Bank was fantastic to work with. But since Affinity bank took over there has been nothing but problems. Now this bank will not release the loan or allow it to be refinanced. And they are holding the proceeds from the sale of my personal residence hostage even though another residence has been put up as collateral and there has not been a single missed or late payment on this loan in 7 1/2 years. They could care less that this has put a huge financial strain on my family. They refuse to accept that I am no longer a part of this business. I recommend that you want a small local business bank that is willing to work with you that you go somewhere else. This is DEFINITELY NOT the bank for you.
