Update 9/6/19 Still haven t received a refund, it s almost been 2 months. After shipping back the faulty products, they shipped replacements (which I told them multiple times I wanted a refund), was told to keep them and they ll refund me, then they decided they want it back so I can be refunded. Why does this have to be so hard??? Like their products their service shows they truly don t care.
7/16/19 Forgot my buffer kit in my initial order and took an additional week to get to me. Finally got it all together, fired about 60 rounds and after taking the gun apart to clean it surprise! My buffer had horrible deep dents on the face of it. Upon closer examination the rear face of the BCG was not completely smooth with two Very tiny sharp little points on each side of the channel cut to avoid the buffer retention pin. After a short phone call I was directed to the website to complete a ticket for my complaint. Why even have someone answer if they won t help you? After a week I get a response telling me they d like to take a look at it. I would prefer a refund so maybe next week they ll get back to me about my request.
