Good morning. 1) when I went by car to pick up a relative at the arrivals, the street and the roundabout before the parking lots were clogged with private cars waiting. I also assume them for a relative or friend thus avoiding paying for parking. This benefited the kiss & fly area which was not clogged. I ask if it is possible to make a standby parking area for early arrivals where you can park only with a driver on board; otherwise fine.
2) the external arrivals area (so to speak adjacent to taxis and the kiss & fly area) is definitely inadequate for the gatherings that form and for cleaning.
Chaotic gate area. It is almost completely occupied by businesses and little room remains for its true function. If two adjacent planes are taken on board, the rows are indistinguishable.

Parking is undoubtedly the biggest flaw, it is true that there is the kiss & fly free stop 10 minutes in front of the airport and the most distant and free wait area for 60 minutes but with driver on board (!) Security check took forever, nearly missed our flight and we were 2 hours and a half before our flight. The longest security check on the passport I ever seen. At least 5 minutes per person to check the passports, I couldn t believe this things can happen.
If you are to get something from a shop people skip the queue and the staff is happy to serve them even if you told them they were after you.
