DO NOT ORDER!!!! I don't know if the company went under or has turned into a scam but I have been trying to contact them for a week and they have continued to ignore me. I have sent emails, social media messages, everything, and no reply. I simply need to change my shipping address!!!

Still waiting after 42 days for an order of 1k$ billed ans passed on February 11th 2021. Many reasons given by chat, email and Messenger. Storm, missing seeds etc. Try today by phone. They do not answer and the chat is now off
Ordered & received an Aerogarden product this past week. Having problems with it, so tried to call the company but received an outgoing message saying that during COVID you can reach them ONLY by email. I emailed the company at support@aerogarden.com (as they instructed) only to receive back an automated error notice that the email address is invalid or cannot accept email. Since I cannot reach support to resolve what is possibly an easily fixed issue, I am going to return the product and expect a full refund. HORRIBLE business practice to leave paying customers NO WAY to reach the company. I RECOMMEND AGAINST DOING BUSINESS WITH AEROGARDEN.
So, the recent low ratings for poor customer support response times aren't unfounded. However, due to Covid-19 restrictions it's understandable. I think if they increased their customer support team, the response times would come down, and then there would be no problems. I ordered on black friday, didn't hear anything for a couple weeks, sent an email, didn't hear anything for a couple days, reached out on Twitter and got a response the following day. My unit shipped a couple days later, and had in hand well ahead of Christmas. The unit is cool and I my wife likes it. I am looking forward to cooking with some home grown herbs and also will enjoy growing the herbs hydroponically in our kitchen. Yes, customer support could respond faster, but overall I am pleased with the purchase. Please bear in mind the recent 1/5 stars have happened during Covid, and I think we all could extend some leniency during these uncertain and trying times.
I ordered an Aerogarden, but was sent a model cheaper by thirty dollars. i contacted Aerogarden and was told to send it back. Doing so cost me twenty dollars, as they insisted on a tracking number. When Aerogarden received it, rather than ship me what I'd ordered, they refunded my initial outlay -- but not that twenty dollars for returning their wrong model.
Wondering why they hadn't simply shipped me what I'd payed for -- after all, it would mean more money for them in the long run -- I checked, and discovered that both Aerogarden and Amazon show my model as being out of stock for at least another month. In other words, some processing clerk simply sent me what Aerogarden had available.
Thus far Customer Service is ignoring my emails, and returning unopened my letter of complaint. Sadly, from my perspective, AeroGarden, the company, either has no integrity, and/or an incompetent staff.
Ummmmmm, no way to call customer service. Seriously, they have phones right? That s why it s called teleworking, ya know, telephone? My experience, ordered item December 5th, expedited shipping, no tracking number provided as of yet, emailed customer service December 7th to verify my order went through, no response. Good luck to anyone that reads this, we are in uncertain times all around.
DO NOT PURCHASE AEROGARDEN! you will not receive your order, they will not refund you, and you will not be able to contact them! be sure to read all reviews on BBB , Reviewed, and PissedConsumer.
Same no response as many others. Ordered was accepted on their website for seed pods on 2/16/21, says it was accepted, credit card charged, but nothing since then. Have tried to reach them using their email submission form over 3 weeks ago, but no response as of 3/11/21.
No customer service support whatsoever. You can't call, they won't email you back, nothing. So much for ordering an aerogarden, it's not even going to show up. I'll be shocked if it actually arrives in the mail at some point.
