Very low corporate culture and ethics in Czech management similar to the Russian "I Commander - I can kill you - you serf, you can not do anything". The Czech middle management, ignorant of corporate processes, has practically decomposed the full organizational structure of the company and frequent testimonies (both sides) have often paralyzed several of their departments, which have led to a paralyzed staffing department, which is not enough to receive compensation for the discarded people in society. The offer of positions practically copies fluctuation points. Recommendations for company management:
Foreign managers as well as lower leadership positions with ethical behavior.

Beautiful and quiet space. There are several halls where aircraft or parts of aircraft are manufactured for foreign entities. Try to arrange a photo shoot at the airplane right behind the ticket

Very nice race tour, the introduction of the new l-39ng was at the top level, everywhere clean, the interpretation could be louder.
