This company has fired 80% of their staff during lockdown, shame on these kind of company, this type of companies should get stopped and has be punished very strictly.

FRAUD COMPANY.

Have worked in multiple telecom companies but never seen such fraud company. They put pressure on teams after putting excessive targets and then deduct salaries for not achieving targets.
Don't know if Higher Management knows about this incapability of their HQ resources.

Don't believe other reviews - All reviews are fake and have been put under pressure else salary gets deducted.

This is a fraud organisation. They called you for interview asked you questions and then if your answer is correct they say its wrong and then after some days they reject you for the only reason this company want to select only their own relatives or people. So guys never beleive such company for interview call as they will waste not only your money but your energy too......

No complaints, good place to start and grow a career. management is helpful, the work is interesting and growth is tremendous.

Worst company I have ever worked with.No value for hard work and very slow career growth.They will make you work from day to night under extreme pressure and when their projects are over they will fire you unexpectedly without any notice period and consider only those who have strong reference.Salary is never on time .My advise is Never join such an organization.

I have been working with Aerial Telecom since 2014 which comes to around 7 years. I have learned a lot and learning process still continues. management here is very supportive easy to access. A very good company to work.

I have been working in this organization from last 3 and half year, got opportunity to work in different domains. Management empower new employees to feel independent from the beginning, so we get innovative and new ideas to add value to the company s success. If you have the caliber then sky is the limit what Aerial had taught me throughout these years.

Company was good until management change wasn't done. Post it pathetic GM, HR have no policies, no employee care at circles apart from HQ. When GM himself speaks abusive languages all the time what's left to describe.
Apart from Punjab barely they can work anywhere with vendors in a manner.

Receptionist is very helpful and area is very neat and clean.Near to ISBT 43
