Security is very lax and let multiple people in with guns and knifes when only stopping someone that ask about the knife and gun they just got through security with. Watch multiple other people put knife in basket just to get it back without question including me... Feel sorry for Jeff Dunham, he has probably been lead to believe the security here is top notch when in fact it is far from that.

Beaughtiful building nice staff very courteous. Its quiet when its empty. You can feel the energy that this creates almost electric. Thankful for the opportunity to work there starting soon.

Major fail of Moda Center. We have been looking forward to Pentatonix for months! Sold us 5 phantom tickets in row "P" of section 227 that does not exist! The usher even joked while directing us to our seats that it's standing room only (because it is a cement walkway). How is this a joke and why didn't he direct us to ticket services immediately? This issue should have been resolved in advance or at the very least, when our tickets were scanned for entry. We were only offered alternatives of 2 seats and 3 GA standing room. Not okay as some of us have medical/physical issues who cannot stand for extended periods of time. Now 3 of us had to go home as there were no other options available, yet I am looking at empty seats next to me and in the rows adjacent. Although we were offered a refund, this was still highly disappointing. Poor and unprofessional customer service from the usher to the guest service and ticket service on the day of the snafu! Much better recovery the second day.

Sporting events here are good, particularly with the seats/amenities on the Club Level. However, it is a difficult venue to see a show. Seats are tight and steep; very awkward whenever anyone in the row needs to move. Sound isn't great but the acts that a venue of this size can attract generally are great. While you want Club Level or boxes for sports, if you can't swing floor seats for entertainers, it probably isn't worth the effort.

Been here for multiple events and I find the facilities and overall feel of the building great. I wish the traffic to get here for events weren't so bad but that isn't really the fault of the Moda Center.

The Moda center is nice. It's an arena so it's pretty damn big but I feel like there really isn't a bad seat in the house especially with the fact that you can pick up a pair of tix to a decent game for $18! That's what's up! Just a heads up, if you end up in/around the 327 section you're sitting on the opposite side of where you enter though, so you have quite the walk to get to your seats. They offer GOOD beer which is expected living in Portland but nice to see none the less.

Parking is expensive as eff so definitely plan accordingly and Max or Lyft there. Getting home is not as simple if taking Lyft. My biggest tip would be to walk a couple blocks away from the Moda Center to Lyft b/c it is a COMPLETE CLUSTER FUX! Once finally hunting down our Lyft we got the low down; Moda Center forces the Lyft and Uber drivers too ALL go to one spot to pick up and drop off. Then on top of that they shut down half the roads so EVERY ride share end up in this massive grid lock where no one moves b/c they're all waiting for their fares and no one's walking to their ride shares to hunt them down. There ALL just WAITING to get PICKED UP!!! This totally sucks and turns your once fun time into regret!

Love the Moda Center, home of Portland Trail Blazers, my favorite NBA team! Moda is easy to get to even if you are unfamiliar with the area. Parking can be a major pain on occasion but expect it on game nights especially if Winterhawks are also playing in Portland. Moda has great seating in nice venue. Moda is very ecologically minded, recycle & think green.

A very nice venue with good parking and public transportation access. The place has a good vibe and carries the sounds of the game and crowd really good. We didn't have that great of seats by the standard, but I felt like we were right in the mix and could see all of the action.

I havent been in the center itself but I did visit the grounds and I must say it is fantastic. Trees galore wheelchair friendly clean the staff that cleans and keeps it looking great should get a big raise.

The place itself is nice. Unfortunately some of the food vendors are only open for certain types of events. Nights that parking is $8-$10 in the garage are great. When there are multiple events and parking becomes $25+ I highly suggest parking elsewhere are riding the Max in. Not only will this save you money but also the headache of getting out after the game.

Home to the Portland Trail Blazers and many other local teams and events the Moda Center is located in the heart of Portland. From all the different mini stores and restaurants there is always something fun to do in between the action. The security staff and all the workers here are always professional and ready to assist.

Nice place. Easy security check, and the sound was good even up in the nose bleed section. Only reason I'm giving them a 4 star review is those were the absolutely most atrocious garlic fries I've ever tasted. GAHHH!

I have seen The Eagles, Coldplay, Pink and several others great performance at the Moda Center. And I ALWAYS HAVE A WONDERFUL TIME. I am disabled and everyone there seem to go out of their way to help!

The best venue for entertainment. Besides the basketball game, the slammers, acrobatic stage show, contests for fans, and great cheerleading coming to even the third level, the Trailblazer's know how to put on a show. Puts to shame any event in Seattle and I'm from Seattle. Bravo.

We missed half our concert due to road construction and lack of proper directional signs...we finally found a parking garage at the convention center and walked about 10 minutes to get there...the place was crowded of course as you would expect at a concert...we had to kick folks out of our seats and then deal with a woman in front of us who kept smoking, fortunately i had my inhaler...security finally removed her after the 3rd complaint...the concert itself was great paying $8 for a lemonade not so great...the 30 minute line for the bathroom I expected, but the hour and 20 minutes to get out of the parking garage I did not! Hope things are better in December for the Metallica concertt cause thats going to have way more people!

Saw Disney on Ice there, and it was very entertaining, but things are very expensive there, i.e. a kid bubble blower(not sure of the name) for $35, and it might run out before the end of the show if your kid is like my son who kept his finger on the little button to make bubbles the whole time...and it's hard not to buy something when your kid(s) ask you for one of those pretty glowing toys. So, bring some money with you

Circled the place twice looking for parking to see 21 pilots, a bday gift from my girlfriend. This took 3+ hours, as traffic in this area sucks. Every lot was for "parking pass holders only". Several attendants gave us misleading or entirely false directions that got us further delayed by the city's horrendous traffic. In the end, we wasted $$ for a show we didn't get go see, and an entire evening, to be stuck in traffic and constantly routed to the next parking area, which was always full. We were very disappointed, as we had our tickets months in advance. Won't be trying to go here again.

Oh Rose Garden.. you never disappoint. From Blazers to Weezer.. I'm always amazed. And the staff is always friendly and helpful making it a pleasant experience for someone like me who is easily overwhelmed by so many people.

My mom won lottery ticket seats from the Facebook page. We got to watch the Trailblazers play against the Spurs. Amazing game. There are multiple options in traveling to the Moda Center very easy to get to. The staff was friendly in helping us understand how our tickets and vouchers worked. The janitors in the men's restrooms were constantly keeping things clean. A staff member was searching for the owner of a lost walking cane. This was an amazing experience, I'll definitely purchase tickets to the next home game

My sister's graduation was held here by Portland State University! It was a lot of fun and the seats were relatively comfortable for a stadium. I've eaten here before and of course it's pricey, but the food is good. I love the pretzels with extra salt and nacho cheese. Hope your event is fun too!!

Great venue for a larger show if you're looking to sit and listen, but as far as stage and floor standing depending on each show varies and is sometimes non-existent so if you pay for floor seating you could be just sitting without option for standing. Parking isn't great, but if you're willing to pay $15-20 it's there.

I was s at the KISS concert and the experience was so good that I had to give five stars. I had a easy time with security and finding my seat was simple while there were competant and knowledgeable staff on hand a willing to help. There was adequate stations for food, beverages, and souvenirs. The bathrooms appeared to be neat and clean. The seating was comfortable enough for a person with a few pounds, like me.

I had a blast at the Def Leppard Journey 2018 Tour! The only negative experience was the Parking! They didn't have anyone out directing the traffic, and there were other major events going on, plus it was a Friday night! So it took us 1 1/2 hours to find a parking spot, plus another 10 mins to walk to the Moda Center. But at the end of the night, it was all worth it! Love me Def Leppard/Journey!

There's nothing quite like screaming fans, alcohol, and a professional basketball game. Great for the family, and dates! I have not got the opportunity to sit in the bowl but there suites are nice enough to show you real time stats!

Saw NKOTB, Paula Abdul & Boys II Men. Great sound. Helpful staff. Not enough foot room in stadium seating - I wouldn't mention this ordinarily, but it was so awkward anytime anyone wanted to get past us while we were in our seats & impossible to cross your legs unless you put your feet in the air to do so! Otherwise, all 5 stars!!

Facility was clean, staff was polite and helpful. Parking was convenient and not too expensive. Way-finding signage in the parking as well as in the facility itself was inadequate. I'd suggest you download a mobile app with the entrances and seating sections before you go.
