I talked to Marie Nilsson about a case that they handled for me, and she laughed a little and disdainfully at simple questions and acted really sneaky for no reason. I got vague answers and all the time undertone with a good laugh and giggle that was just really unpleasant. If more people in the company behave that way, then I strongly advise against any cooperation with them.

Disappointed that Fylgia invoices without announcing prices, without signing an agreement, billing for hours you have not worked and much more. Disappointed by how the customer is treated and how those bills without having worked. Very shameful, how they treat people. No clarity in anything, does not recommend Fylgia to anyone but highly recommends finding another serious company.

WARNING! My company that I own has hired this company with the confidence that it is a serious, honest and a reliable law firm. Fylgia invoiced for cases that another lawyer has looked at should cost a maximum of SEK 20-25,000. Fylgia has invoiced over SEK 200,000! For any documents to be written. Not only that, they have also taken over 70,000 SEK from our insurance !!
So they have put in systems to suck out as much as possible from their customers and also use the insurance to the max with the customers. Seems good at first, but then the charges where they claim to have put down the number of hours when it should actually be 10% of what they say over-invoice roughly. Very unreliable and operating as you say a real fraud system in the industry. If you do not want to be fooled and throw the money into the lake, I strongly warn this company. Zero sense of how to treat customers and customer care.
