Great place lids loved it there were running around all day.
Great place lids loved it there were running around all day.
Nice place to spend out the day with kids. Good fun for the whole family. Many rides and a big pool to stay cool during this summer.
Adventure world is better for those under the age of 30
This is a great park for kids of all ages. We ve done water & theme parks all over the world - USA UK Cyprus (!) and this place is up there with the best of them! It s isn t huge, but like everywhere else s we ve been in Perth it s clean and well run. We took a 5yo and a 9yo and spent a very enjoyable 6 hours here on small roller coasters, water slides and 3 really fun areas specially just for little ones. For older kids check out the Kraken and the Abyss. Queues can be long so buy a jumper pass. If you re here March/April you can upgrade your day pass for $5 and come back as many times as you like until the end of the season!!
Free car parking on site, lots of green areas to pitch your tent and a relaxed attitude on bringing your own food in. What s not to love?
Expensive, but easily mitigated by taking your own food and drink.
Needs to focus on one department. For example, only be a waterpark rather then being a theme park, waterpark and an animal petting zoo
Absolutely love this place! Is a must do when visiting Perth!
Not many new rides food was average and very expensive. Tide was our on all my beers but other then that kids enjoyed it.
So I have travelled a lot, been to all of the Gold Coast parks and even some Disney worlds but I always have fun here, it's over priced if you don't live here and don't wanna fork out on a season pass. But I do get a season park and I never get sick of it. They are getting more and more rides and the abyss was a great addition to the dry rides I never buy food here I think it's over priced so I pay $152 a year and go more than enough to make up for it. The water slides are cool, better if you have a fast pass.
They've made good changes at AW with an excellent choice of ride selections. Very family friendly. Perhaps add a toilet block near Inferno and more water fountains would be good too.
Needed to be more movement throughout cues for slides, and rails carts ,no shade from the steps up.
Other than that 5 stars
Really great place to go to on the weekend. If you plan on coming to Perth or already live in Perth this is a must-visit theme park. Although the prices and kind of high and the fast-pass is a scam it's still the best theme park in Western Australia. If you come here in my opinion the water attractions is what I come for unless you go for the inferno rollercoaster (biggest rollercoaster in Australia) then the non-water rides are kind of mediocre otherwise still great and worth it.
Great. Lines for food was the longest. Best to go on a weekday.
Fun, try get in on off peak. The lines are long....
Great place, bit on the pricey side, and a bit disappointed that Abyss was randomly closed for the day today. Overall a good place to visit, lots of fun.
Great day out
Many rides
With my partner we had a great day. The pace is fun but not big so we did 10 time each think we liked. And in one attraction the guy named Ben were a jerk with us telling us the fast pat don't do anything after 4pm in a attraction he was .
An awesome place to go for the day. Loved all the rides Kraken was my favourite, then the Rocky Mountain Rapids. I recommend going there as much as you can!!!!!
It's a good place to have fun with families, friends and loved ones.
Family friendly, lots of fun and the staff are sooo helpful
Awesome rides/pools and slides, awesome fun for the whole family, from young to old..
Kids having a fantastic time ,we spent 8 hrs during our visit here.
Great place to bring the kids for a day on the rides and in the pool. My kids absolutely love it go by themselves with their friends every weekend
Expensive but enjoyable, we go there every year for my dad's work
It's a great family day out ensure you get there early as 'shady' spots are like gold dust.
RAC membership doesn't really work out cheaper oh and also the park closes as 5pm but they start to close off the queue for rides around 4.30pm.
My daughter and her friend visited it not long ago and loved it! Is a bit pricy but totally worth it.
I was skeptical, but I end up having a damn good time ones I got over my nervousness. Highly recommended.
Management need to organise the way waterslides are managed. At the moment the amount of time that you have to wait is appalling and it doesn't have to be, 90% of the tubes on the waterslides are flat. Come one management at adventure world do your job. Also the place is looking a bit run down, no point buying new rides if the rest of the place is falling appart.
Awesome park, best rollercoaster in Australia. Also happens to be a water park so twice the fun. Food here is a little pricey but delicious!
Haven't been here in years but was pleasantly surprised. The roller coaster, all be it small is great. Better than most small ones I've been on around the world.
The kids had a great time, but the price is exorbitant, wait time for cooked food excessive, not to mention outrageously marked up , plus not a lot to do if you're a bit old for waterslides and rollercoasters.
Great day out with the kids but not when its busy on weekends or school holidays. Takes too long to line up for stuff. Build more water slides!!
A great family fun day out with so much to enjoy. There are rides suitable for children in Dragons Kingdom and all sorts of other rides for older kids and adults around the park. The pool is lovely and my children love Kahuna Falls. Plenty of grassy areas for picnics or can buy food there. Well worth a visit!
So fun! After 2pm price well worth it. Only wish is that the cafes would discourage plastic straws and offer keep cup discounts, also recycling bins would be awesome. But great fun for the families especially with the new summer late nights
Pick your days or its a waste of money, kids got bored lining up hours on end and ended up leaving. Won't be back, price is ridiculous considering the amount of standing in line you do. Very disappointing
Seems to get better every year and is LOTS better than it was when I was a kid. Lots of kids rides for the young ones plus some more exciting/adventurous ones for the adults. Always love spending a day here, although it's a pretty pricey day out, it's always a good day.
Nice enough place, but not value for money as ques are too long for the rides. Alright if you want to spend 5 hours a day waiting for rides on the weekend
Once you go on all of the rides once, there is almost nothing to do. The prices are very high. All the rides are fun for the first few times but after that it can be a bit boring
They've got an exciting and challenging sports. Its refreshing .get the tickets and start playing the sports U like. There are cafes and few restaurant inside but price is comparatively higher...
Pack an eski for food & drinks if you re trying to save a dollar or three.Make sure you pack and wear SUNSCREEN ALWAYS! ^_^ There is a smokers hut near the entrance. Loads of lockers. Great fun for all the family.
So much fun!! I ve been going to Adventure World since I was a little kid and it has certainly come a looong way since it s beginnings. Really sad to see the Bounty s Revenge go!
Expensive food, better to bring your own and just buy an ice cream or drinks.
The water slides are great, along with the thrill rides and the kids area is excellent.
You spend a long time waiting on queues during the school holidays so try to come on a quieter day.
Great variety of entertainment for kids and young at heart adults. Season pass allows for better value including food inside. Day pass is exorbitant unless with discount from season pass or entertainment book. A new ride each two years is a good idea to keep things fresh. Maybe a smaller attraction could be added in the other year (this current one) for those of us who spend allot of time there. Keep up the good work. Perth needs more attractions like this.
Is a very wonderful place to be is lovely and you will have lot of fun there
Honestly love this place. Its always crowded with people and would recommend this place to tourist. Theres a variety of dry rides and water rides for you to choose from and even for kids.
Great rides for all ages, beautiful grounds, kids entertained all day. Take your own food to save, or simply buy there. Highly recommended for families
A bit pricey, but pack a lunch, and get there when the gates open, stay till close and it's a great day.
Lots of excitement. Big variety of activities that suit all age groups.
Wow absolutely amazing! If you get an employee called scott, chat to him, hes an absolute legend and so helpful. Very impressed with the young man!
Have had a season pass for 3 years now. Great place to spend the day with kids of all ages. My 11, 5 and 3 year old kids all love the different attractions. Staff are generally friendly and enjoy their job. Shout out to the staff for their efforts with the evacuations last week. And a big thanks to Jon who was so kind and reassuring to my child's friend who was panicking going on the Abyss.
Had a wonderful on all the rides then we had coffees at about 1pm before we left paid $5.50 for a large coffees that were really a small cup anywhere else and it tasted awful, you tell that were reusing the coffee grinds more than once ... it was terrible and the kids and adults were too tired to walk all the way back
We have the Pass. Always great to pop in with a meal and stay 2 hours and then leave. Should open later in the evening (say 6) earlier in the season as 5pm rules out all the after school visits
A little pricey I think, but a very good park. A lot to do, and the lines aren't that big. I'd say it's a must do for young families on holiday in Perth.
Nice waterpark - the waterslides are good. Play area pool for younger children is not much can be busy at times going in the mornings would be best with young children
Extremely ashamed by the staff at Adventure World yesterday. We walked into Adventure World yesterday and my son found a $50 note dropped on the ground. Trying to teach my son the right thing we went to guest relation and handed it in. We went back at the end of the day to see if it had been claimed. The response from the lady at the counter.
"No. There was no $50 handed in today, Sorry"
Great way to teach Children about honesty... I guess Adventure world goes by the policy "Finders Keepers"
Had a great day out with the family at Adventure World. My kids are age 4 and 7 and they loved it. There was a good mix of rides they could go on on their own while we watched and rides etc we could do together. There are lots of grassy shaded areas provided but I think on a busy day you would still need to get there early to claim these (or bring your own). We took our own picnic and water with us which saved us a lot of $ as well as not having to line up for food. It is pretty expensive to get in but I guess most amusement parks are. I took one star off because of all the creepy satanic looking theming around the place and haunted house ambient noise coming through the sound system. Just not necessary or fun. Even in the kids water playground there are scary masks everywhere (my youngest refused to go in there because of them - he wasn't scared of any of the rides or water slides, but the masks made him cry!). Over a lot of fun, hopefully the haunted house theme gets a make over in the future.
Decent mix of rides for a small park. Nice grounds and hardly any people. Avoid the chairlift, 15 mins you don't get back.
Great place but the price seems to be ever increasing and is becoming too expensive for a day out
Felt like a holiday!
Being from Perth it been about a decade since I have last visited and I love the changes!
On the 15/1/19 we hired the Kahuna Falls Cabana. We initially tossed up if it was worth the extra $$ for it and decided on a whim we would do it. I do not regret it at all!!! If you can afford it, DO IT!
It was 30 degrees the day we went, all the tree/shaded spots were taken early, we got there at 9 am! The grass areas although significant were packed! Our Cabana was the closest to the skull, most likely the best one to get really, only one neighbour and 1m away from the pool. We had no foot traffic going past our little hut. I recommend the cabanas out of convenience; it came with two padded deck chairs, two seats, fridge with supplied water, safe and power point. It was great to escape the sun and have a private little area to chill out in, without a million kids buzzing around! The cabana comes with wait service which was excellent! Every 20 minutes or so the pink flamingo shirt staff would pop by refreshing our drinks, and it felt like a holiday! You could easily bring your own food, but we ordered from the wait staff, the wait wasn't long at all during what we thought would be peak time, and the food was fresh and light despite being take away!
I felt for the families who had to lug the tents, eskies and brace the heat, while we relaxed with our fan on haha
All in all, I do not regret the cabana, I understand it is a bit expensive but for convenience and privacy I couldn't fault it, and to me, I felt like it was well worth it!
Had season passes last season and loved it. This season the staff don't have a clue and are very unaware of anything going on. Very disappointed to say the least this season
Should visit with family and friends. Hours of fun on the water and dry rides. On good days, you need not queue too long to wait for your turn.
Awesome fun for the kids. Pack a shade tent or gazebo, take an Eski and spend the day there
This place is on the must visit for sure. We all had a great day & not just the kids the adults too! There is something for all ages. We took a picnic lunch. An awesome day kids are still taking about the rides & waterslides. Don't forget the sunblock
Awesome place but take your own food! Their prices are ridiculous
Different choices of attractions, nice people, and rights to bring picnics in
Place for fun with the whole family, small to tall, young to less so young . Water park adapted tonlevel and size, games for everyone as well.
Its a fun place for kids but the lines are too long and poor emergency response and first aid responce
