Absolutely love working for this company! Its been 2 months since I started and honestly wish I wouldn't have hesitated on applying for as long as I did, when I first started I was kind of nervous being it was a completely different type of job from previous ones that I had but finally got comfortable with where I was at. From the first time I talked to anyone there, they were focused more on what area and schedule I was most comfortable with which is a HUGE difference from my previous jobs. They found a location I was comfortable with with a schedule I liked and I started a few days later. Finding this job was truly a blessing between both not having a job and in the middle of moving to Denver. I appreciate you guys so much!

Amazing group of people to work with! Really helpful, kind and gracious. I would highly recommend working with them for growth and learning.

I was there for a short time but based on the other security companies out there, Advantage is better than most. Is it perfect? What is? But they've been operating for 25 years (plus) so they must be doing SOMETHING right. Last I heard, PTO was coming in Jan 2021. Give them a try. But meet them halfway. Be reliable, be professional, be consistent, have a good attitude and the odds are, they will work with you. Again, was there for a short time and I can only speak for myself but - unless there have been drastic changes - I'd go back to work with them in a NY minute

I've worked in this industry on and off since 1997 and Advantage the past month and a half. My impression of this company from the moment I first spoke with everyone in the office was professionalism and courtesy. Thus far, no change. I, at no time, felt deceived. I quite enjoy working for Advantage and with the individuals on my team. I just wish I had started working here long before now.

For everyone considering working for this company, be professional, show up on time and be ready to work.

To everyone in the office- don't change your approach, you've been great!

I worked at the Clifford Still museum for over two years. No problem until they made Natalie a supervisor. She is nothing more than a third grader that will lie and snitch on you for expressing the same frustrations as she does. Not fair. She has aligned herself with the CEO and will do whatever it takes to get ahead. She has a particular bent agents older men. I have been told by previous management at the museum that she is less than qualified for the job. I had her try to get me fired more than once. I am now unemployed because of her lies. This company is far from professional and I am doing my best to have them investigated. As far as the museum is concerned. They did nothing to build trust or confront the issue. It was to easy to let Tony just brush it off. Your lack of support of your fellow workers will not be forgotten. As far as Advantage is concerned, the CEO is nothing short of a bully and proud of it. Your day will come.

Advantage has a great staff, and that can be attributed at least in part to it being locally owned and trusted. Every person I've met associated with ASI has been top notch, both on a professional and personal basis. They train their officers to treat others with respect and dignity, and they treat their officers the same in return. Jennifer, Chris, two high level management folks. Just fantastic people working for a fantastic operation.
If I could give ASI 10 stars I would, that's how good they are. Thank you for everything you do ASI, keep up the great work!

Amazing company. They care about you as a person. If your pay is messed up, they fix it, same day! There is somebody to answer the phone 24/7!!! Absolutely love this place, as an employee! Highly recommend working here!

The company itself is great but not HR. The HR lady lies a lot and is unstable, unprofessional.

A lot of lies can be proved but may not be worth the trouble. Extremely deceiving and backstabbing. Nice to your face but then talks behind EVERYONES back constantly including officers, supervisors, office staff, managers. She manipulates, lies and is emotionally unstable/moody. She lies to make herself look good and to make others look bad. She thinks shes better then everyone else. I wouldn't trust anything that comes out of her mouth. A lot of people have been fooled, but the truth will come to light.

Company is great, but needs to get rid of the toxic main HR person.
