The company grants promises they cannot keep. They also will not allow you to speak with ANYONE within upper management if you have having issues.

Pretty good place to work if you get a good Boss, Territory and Product to Advocates for. I represented #Epson #Paypal #TrendMicro Especially good if you work well independently. Advantage Solutions is also a very diverse Corporation. They have a Woman CEO

I worked for this company for one year from 2009-2010. My mom worked for this company for over ten years. She maybe missed 10 days in ten years. She went above and beyond for them. No raises. No support. A lot of work done and not compensated. Their website is a nightmare. Countless calls to California for all sorts of problems. No help from immediate supervisor. Her supervisor sent her an email back before Christmas (!) and told mom that they no longer needed her because she couldn't do the call reports. I was mad because I told mom almost a year before this that they were trying to get rid of her. I also told mom that the aggravation from this job was not worth it. I came to this conclusion by what mom shared with me. I believe this was very inappropriate to do her this way after ten years of service and the fact that they never had a more dedicated person to work for them and this was age discrimination based on my conversations with my mom. I do NOT recommend ASM as an employer. They are sorry. The pay is not good. No raises. They don't treat employees well. It's a lot of work for little money. Beware: you have been warned!!

Been with company for 4 years and still paid minimum wage. New hires doing the sa me job in the same city with zero experience are being paid 1.50 more a hour. Company told me 'sorry we are not giving raises'. I told them I would quit and re-apply and was told I have to wait 6 months before I can be re-hired.

Paychecks are often wrong. Hours are inconsistent. Your ' manager' ( whoever that is ) is impossible to find or talk with . HR useless . Cool thing is you work alone no supervisor, you get a lot of free food and booze and it is seriously easy

They hire part time at 20 plus hours a week, then your only scheduled for 10 if your lucky. Managers very rude and no respect for employees.

Terrible company to work for! Low wages, they don't care for employees, and allow abuse by management.
