They deserve all negative stars!! I had been making payments, went to make another payment but was unable to, called twice as I never got a cb as I was told I would had also emailed which is on their website but told they do not communicate thru email, was transferred to James, he was very rude when I was asking why I could no longer make payments and why a writ was put against me. He informed me I had not been in contact which I had when I discussed making payments in August. I had not received any additional calls which James said they called me often and that my payments were agreeable to me not them. Also he told me I had been served the forms which I have not and that they do not need to notify ppl when they try to collect, told me all I wanted to do was argue and James hung up on me. I had to call the marshalls office to figure out what was going on.

My medical bills were in negotiations with a workers compensation claim, although I was unable to work we were making 25 dollar monthly payments to several places but Advantage ceased sending statements so we didn't know there was a balance. They added hundreds of dollars in "fees" and were condescending and unprofessional on the phone when I called to discuss it.
Made a horrible time in my life even worse and more difficult. Made it impossible to get a car loan when we needed it and seemed to take pride in their lack of empathy. These companies should be illegal.

Carma and the man I spoke to before her were 100% rude and unprofessional. I wont lie i finally went off on them both because they called me a liar and refused to listen to the call recordings to find that I did in fact answer their question multiple times they just refused to listen. Good thing is I am confident that if they did listen to the recording they would feel pretty foolish. They were just so aggressive out the door which is no way to handle business. I wanted to make payments. Too bad they won't go listen to it. I cannot believe this. The guy even admitted that he was going to verify where I said I worked so how is it that I didn't tell them? Insanity. Don't get me wrong I was aggressive right back. They didn't like that one bit. I would however change my review if they admitted that they just ignored my answer all 4 times that I said it.

The the rudest, most hateful, disorganized, unprofessional bunch of folks I've ever had the displease of coming in contact with. All of their reviews are net. No idea how they are "legally" staying in business.

James is a very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful customer service agent. I CALLED HIM for help to try to get the bill taken care of. He is only self-serving. He talked over me and he was non stop talking and would not let me ask any questions about my billing issues. He would not help me with even giving me dates of services and they do not record the calls. I had to call the company he contracted with to get help with my billing, they said they will be looking into this issue and understands what I was talking about.
James was not even interested in helping but he was sure ready to be argumentative and wanted to debate my personal issues with my billing. I dont understand how they expect to get any payment when they are so unhelpful and disrespectful when trying to figure out what I owe.

How this place is still up and running I have no idea they are so shady tried telling me at 1st my bill was from 2007 so I requested a statement from them which they didn't even state the company that they were calling from God the statement started paying on all my other bills no more than 2 leagues weeks later I got a letter saying that they were taking me To court for twice the amount that I owed and tried to offer them the settlement of even $200 more than I owed which they denied. I owe thousands of dollars in medical bills and every single one of my creditors has worked with me on paying except to this company you are a joke and you should be ashamed of yourself

This company sent a loan offer by mail and called my wife but after checking on them - Do to the bad reviews of this company my wife and I refused to get a loan through this company.

Impossible to get a hold of. My wife and I are trying to pay off some bills of hers. When we attempted to pay the bill through the portal it doesn't tell you the amount you owe. We put in what the amount was that showed up on the paper bill. My wife's credit karma later showed that she still owes $13 for the same medical bill. When trying to contact the company for further information, we were met with a terrible automated system that doesn't take you to the desired location of contact, not to mention once we finally did get "through" we were required to leave a message that abruptly ended in the middle of my wife's 2nd sentence. Mean while the supposed $13 she owes is negatively affecting her. We want to make sure we are paying the right amount and that there won't be another random amount later.

This is the RUDEST company that I have ever talked to. I live on a VERY limited income right now. The gentleman marked me as a refusal to pay when I clearly insisted I am not refusing to pay I simply can not pay at this time. Instead this gentleman insisted I find ways to pay this by other means because I get government assistance right now to help take care of my 3 children. Very poor and little respect for anyone expecally with health issues, children, and no care for anything but the all mighty dollar.

Worst customer service EVER!!!! Ive been trying to resolve a fraudulent debt on my credit report from them. The "original debtor" claims i have never owed any money to them and they never used advantage financial for collections but this service keeps threatening me and destroying my credit. Nothing but a money scam.
DO NOT SEND THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY!!!!!!!
