I worked here Since August 2018 to present so this will be a bit biased but I will try and be honest as possible. Basically, we offer undisputed service in bulk SMS delivery to Kenya's mobile networks. We opt for quick delivery and stability as opposed to rolling out new features every week.

Horrible service. Very frustrating and embarrassing. Slow delivery and low quality service full of technical problems, arising each week and taking weeks to get solved. I would not recommend it to anyone. I wish we could pay after the service is delivered. Now, I paid and I do not even have our organisation's shortcode running, after three weeks. Do you have a reimbursement system if one wants to withdraw from your service?
