Parking is one of the issues at the building. You need to park at open field that too chargeble.

IndiaMart head office is situated here. Companies like Kpmg, samsung have office here. Easily connected by Bus and tuktuk (From Botanical Garden Metro)

Nice place however still not comparable with IT SEZ

It's the hotspot of this part of the town! Now Metro work has also started in front of it.

Advant Navis is a modern technology green office complex with all ultra modern facility available with in house canteen, electric charging point equipped parking and RFID entry and exit of vehicles, individual cards for all employees of organisation in addition to many eating outlets and 2 banks stationed within the campus, making it a winner for small to medium global organisation.

This complex is specific for offices. It also has various food points and ATMs. It is just beside the noida-greater noida expressway in sector 142. It is very near to the metro station. There is also a parking area and the temporary taxi stand near it. It is a very good building for having a office at.

It's a corporate building with many IT offices and also have restaurant like MCDONALD PUZZA HUT to enjoy

Not a great place for food or drinks. Chai garam and super drool in the adjacent tower present better options. Avoidable at best.

Jas a kfc drive through and a McDonald's drive thought . Also has a subway and a costa coffee . This is a life saver on the noida expressway

My office is in Advant, very good facilities and at a very convenient location. Lots of options to eat as well. Only issue is parking is in a dusty field. Rest all is good

Way to Paris chauk , U can get buses from botanical and great India place for Advant Navis

Advant is good but KFC outlet in it is worst . Always supplies cold food.

Ok facility with a good selection of fast food joints. Connectivity should improve once metro station outside the building starts functioning.

Multiple companies are here with good work environment and food court is also good.

Location of various companies , KPMG, SAMSUNG, BRITISH COUNCIL SHARED SERVICE etc. Very nice reception. Reachable by cab.

Office complex with good places to eat. One metro station is nearby , 80m.

Worst place to buy or Lease Property, Management doesn't care about the client. They just want Money & don't want to give the services..Never consider that for office space..

It's a usual business park...might become more famous once properties are developed around it.

Corporate park with good facilities... Better than near by corporate parks.

A little out of the way, but conveniently located down Noida - Greater Noida route. Finding the right slip road is tricky sometimes, but Google Maps helps.

Very good Infrastructure, security is very good. They just need to work a bit on parking facility, surface parking is not as good as basement parking.

It is a quiet place. There are a couple of restaurants like McDonald's, KFC and subway.

BRILLIANT place Security is very important for visiting.

But still has parking issue,and lot of construction problem

Poorly located and rampant hooliganism for the parking charging without proper slip.

Grt corporate office place though parking is a big concern here...

this area have big companies. the only disadvantage of this area is there is not much option for food except pizzas
