On X'pressway. Business area with gud connectivity, board bus(going towards greater noida, pari chowk) or hire a cab from botanical metro station and reach in 20 minutes.

I have been to this place for lunch or brunch purpose and this business park has quite a lot of option like McD, KFC, sub way and to delight this we have Sree Rathnam restaurant as well.
