Great company, always very helpful, very good stock level.

AKA marketplace seller Sparesweb on Amazon. For your own sake I'd avoid this awful company. My product was delivered faulty and it took over a month after I returned the product and having to dispute the charge with my card company to get a refund - and even then they would not refund my return postage fee as stated. I'll never shop with these cowboys again.

Ordered a water heater on a Tuesday afternoon, delivered Weds 9AM. Great Service. Heater was for Acquiesce Env Compliance Ltd to be used on an emergency job

The other review is complete rubbish. I have been in the parts game for many years (17 years) and out of all the suppliers i deal with advanced water has always been the fastest to answer the phones, the most helpful finding parts, the quickest delivery and all round my faves to deal with.

I deal with vailliant, baxi glowworm, worcester bosch and lot more daily and i cant praise Advanced water enough.

Absolutely spot on service. Staff are friendly and know their products well. Collected the parts and grabbed a catalogue. They do a lot more than I thought.
