Had an emergency on my vehicle, was stuck out of state, Dave got my truck in and fixed same day on a Saturday. The entire staff was wonderful, made my vehicle safe, and I am forever grateful! I would 100% make this my go to repair shop if I lived here! Worth every penny!

We had some unfortunate dealings with my wife's vehicle at another service center - the dealership botched a very routine repair. We needed an unbiased pair of eyes to make sure they weren't pulling one over on us, since they left us feeling like they were. I had a very good, if brief, experience with Advanced VTech a few months prior so they were the first place I thought to ask for help. I'll leave my feelings on the dealership to their listing, but it really bears mentioning just how friendly, polite, and reassuring everyone is at Advanced VTech.

When you hang up after being grumbled at and given the runaround by the dealer and call up this place it's a contrast more stark than night and day. Where the dealer made my wife feel bullied and stupid, Ron and David left her feeling informed, assured, and in control of the situation.

I feel like an important part of working in any repair service is how you handle people, perhaps even more-so than the belongings they're bringing to you to fix. Some places play off of your anxiety and try to milk you for money, other places maybe do competent work but leave you in the dark the whole time, but occasionally you'll find a crew that isn't just good at what they do - they're passionate about it.

If you have any hang-ups about your car, give Ron and David a call and talk it out with them. They're honest, frank, and friendly. They and their crew will only do something after they've thoroughly and clearly explained to you the entire situation in a way you can understand.

My roadside assistance company towed my car here at 9 pm on a Saturday. They called me first thing on Monday morning and kept me informed throughout the repair. They do honest work. Turns out my vehicle only needed a new main electrical fuse. An unscrupulous shop could have said my alternator needed to be replaced.

Bad experience. Very rude manager/owner.
Our car got in accident two months ago. The agent from Geico gave us a listing with an approved auto shops.The car was transferred from the body shop to this place and at the end they ended up with taking a car to an authorized dealership. Apparently the car was sitting at this place for a month. When I got there the manager wasn't polite. He almost was yelling at me. The car was dirty and another thing not sure were but the battery was killed. Another my complaint - the mechanic was slamming the door, hood, trunk and he broke the fuse box upper cover (slammed). They refused to explain me what are mechanical issues. On my question to manager why he is being so rude he said "you are peace of ***, get out of here" and no one will talk to me for no cost. Dose this sound professional?

I have nothing but good to say about Advancec V-Tech. They have excellent customer service, they deliver what they promise, and they have solved mechanical issues for my vehicle that other well known mechanic shops could not figure out. Highly recommended!

AdvancedVtech auto repair is a welcoming place to go for car issues. They take innovative approaches to solve your vehicle problem. I have experienced these personally with my car. While car dealerships will fix your car, they will take common large scale parts replacements whereas this company will take individual personal approaches resulting in less cost and quicker and effective repair solutions. You come into their shop to treat you like family at a most personal level. Easily to discuss your issue and even jump into your car to drive around the block to hear and experience what you are taking about. They listen to you intensely and you leave with satisfaction. If ever there is a reoccurrence of same issue, you can freely comeback to correct any remaining issue with it. They really mean 100% satisfaction that is rarely truly supported by other repair facilities. Try this place for yourself. You will comeback again and again. I did.

Decided to try this place after I received a typical bloated quote from my dealer for a brake replacement. This place was professional and courteous from the first phone call. Gave a ride back to my home after I dropped off the car. Couldn't be happier with the service and it was about 50% cheaper than the dealer if you count the loaner that I would have had to pay for with my dealer. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely go back to them in the future.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a reliable place to start taking my car to. My car runs on synthetic oil so I don't need oil changes every time; I follow the maintenance guide for my car instead. I called them up and listed the various things I needed checked and standard maintenance to be done. I was excited that they could drive me to work while they fixed up my car. I had to wait a little in the morning for them to assist me, and then the guy ran a little late to pick me up (it was rush hour, understandable). I got a text or two with updates and a request for a small amount of additional work to be done; that was nice. But while they were really nice, I found out the guy forgot to note that my tires needed rotating. I had to wait 20 extra minutes at the shop for it to be done when they had my car all day. They never double checked with me what needed to be done. There was no compensation for them forgetting or even a simple apology; he made me feel like I was in the wrong and had never told him I wanted a tire rotation (again, I had my manual in front of me while on the phone and listed what needed to be done). While they are local and very nice, I was very disappointed. Unfortunately I will have to take my business elsewhere.
