Even though our company stopped using Advanced Tracking for our GPS tracking and reporting three years ago, I contacted them and Lorenzo Malagisi jumped in and even spoke with the DMV auditor to get the reports we needed. Would highly recommend ATTI !!

The Produce Box in Raleigh, NC is one of the first farm-to-table produce home delivery companies in the Southeast. Running the Logistics Department would be problematic without the ATTI Shadowtracker system in all 7 of our hybrid-fuel box trucks and ancillary transportation vehicles. We have been a client of ATTI for 4.5 years and we have never had an issue with their technology. Our GPS units from the Company have worked flawlessly and report highly accurate location and velocity data about our fleet of trucks. Our stop time and service delivery is extremely important and that's why we need to know when our route drivers arrive at the stop. Also, if there is ever an incident, we know where our team members were so we can come up with a roadside solution that fits everybody's needs. Finally, the service we have had from ATTI has been exemplary with fine support to remediate the product if we need a unit worked on. Excellent service. Great for any size company, one truck or a fleet. We have one truck and we use it every day. Real time traffic and on the spot tracking keeps us informed to the second on our vehicle whereabouts. The software is so user friendly even the most computer challenged personnel can navigate it with ease. ATT is always there for us if we have any questions. Top notch service for a reasonable price.
I have been using Advantrak for 3 years. I own a large vehicle repossession company and I needed an effective way to track my company vehicles at any given time and I have never had one issue. The support is always there just in case and it is very easy to get additional units if the need arises. I highly recommend this company
This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The sales people lie. There are fees and cancelation fees they never tell you about. They told me to call in November, then told me I was too late and my contract autorenewed because I did not call it 60 days. Buyer bewere. They are only after your money and will lie to get it. Stay away. Far away. Unless you like to be lied to.

Their repairs department is always quick to repair and return any units that aren't working properly and their sales team is efficient and knowledgeable. They answer my questions easily and help me decide what changes we need to make with our account. We always refer people to ATTI as we are extremely happy with the units themselves and their team! I have one of their units for one month today. Unit has not worked at all. I have tried to resolve this issue a number of times. I ask them to not bill me since I have not used the device. They billed anyway. Tried to receive a credit. Was told they did not have authority to issue credit. The customer service from this company needs improving much. I have tried to get this resolved but their attitude is not on the customer side.
