Great environment, the personnel there are so warm and welcoming. With effective and efficient electrical engineering (light management) to improve customers satisfaction and reduce energy wastage. What else can a sound (solid) enterprise ask for.
We did work for this company and they have not paid their bill - approaching 90 days. Calls, emails - totally unresponsive. Hard to work for nothing...
I tried, without success, to contact this company by telephone. I filled out their contact sheet on their website and got a call within a couple hours. So, I give them two stars for responsiveness. Beware of the fact that although their website is emblazoned FREE ESTIMATES, I was told they wanted $750 to come out and "survey" the job, which would be applied to the cost of the job if they were hired. Not a fan of paying a contractor to consider doing work for me. Usually means they have more business than they need, which is never good for the consumer.
I highly recommend Advanced Power Technologies, LLC because you can trust them with confidence! He kindly offered to reduce the cost of his visit because he fixed the problem so quickly. The plugs in our kitchen weren't working. We thought it would be a complex repair to the circuit breaker panel, but when they arrived, he found a concealed plug with reset buttons. He simply pressed the reset button, which fixed the problem. Normally, he would charge $180 for the first hour and $100 for each hour thereafter, which seems totally reasonable and similar to the rates of other professionals in this type of work. The reduced cost for his visit due to the easy fix is a testament to his generosity, honesty, and integrity. I know I can trust him not to take advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding electrical issues. I would definitely call him again if we experience any electrical problems--he is both friendly and trustworthy. (He's also prompt: he came to our home immediately, arriving within 20 minutes.) I give Serge Electric my highest recommendation!
As always, the APT team provides the utmost professionalism in all they do. The expertise and knowledge of the design team allowed us to streamline project initiation. The APT installation team worked efficiently, were engaging and performed the job within our agreed upon parameters. APT is competitive, efficient and professional in every aspect of the work they perform. There are few contractors our organization works with that have achieved the level of confidence and trust we have with APT.
As an employer, this company is unprofessional, disorganized, unsafe and violates OSHA Regulations at will. Allows employees to be under the influence of alcohol and drugs while working. Has no concern for its employees or they're well being. When employees who question their integrity they are terminated. I would neither hire or work for them.
Please keep your truck and trailer out of the Tesla charging areas. I was lucky to get to the only charger you didn t block. This is how I get fuel for my vehicle.
Thanks for the quick response from the owner it s appreciated that the owner could appreciate where I m coming from. This is a consistent battle with Tesla charging stations and while you make a valid point that I could have called I fortunately want one of the 3 other Tesla s who continued through the parking area who couldn t charge. Anyway I appreciate the response and hope you will let your techs know to please not block these areas as it is the only supercharger for 40 miles in each direction.
APT is a total joke, unprofessional and the owner talks to everyone in a very condescending manner, on top of cursing all the time. Save yourself a headache and time. The company has very high turnover, I clearly can see why.
I worked for this company for over 10 years and truly appreciated everything they did for me! They gave me a chance when I was just 19 years old and allowed me to grow within the company through the years. Many of the people I worked with were also there since I started or before and you really get the feel of a family environment!
