Doctor was wonderful but staff is barely functioning.

They're a review company that will always side with the Insurance company. They didn't even review my appeal.

Extensive network of specialized peer to peer reviewers and clinical nursing staff focused on serving hospitals, healthcare systems, TPOs, Workers Comp, etc with their external peer reviews. Phenomenal reputation in an industry with a shortage of medical doctors - a 10/10 independent review organization.

They have always been amazing whatever needs to be done they will do it Karina the person in the office and the maintenance man Elio are both amazing I love at the Virgina Apartments and they are the best people that I have ever had to talk to when it comes to an issue or anything they are understanding and are always there to help great service and all they are wonderful people and they remember who you are which is really great

Loved working for this company and providing quality independent medical reviews to help ensure that every patient receives the quality healthcare they deserve. The company culture is above and beyond, the physician network and nurses work hard on each independent medical review, and the AMR team is organized effectively and efficiently to maximize quality and output. My team was great (even the managers and leads) and I found that everyone operates with the highest ethical standards, compliance and patient-focused care in mind.

What to even say? This company reviewed my appeal for my prescription medication. They decided, in their infinite wisdom, to suggest three FAKE medications. No joke. If you google the three alternative medications, they do NOT exist. At all.

I'm filing a complaint with the AMA - practicing medicine without a license, and the Attorney General's office. Somewhere, within my case file, this company has committed some sort of crime.

No joke - three MADE UP MEDICATIONS.

This company should be renamed The Death Squad.

I'm contemplating bringing a suit in small claims court, where no attorneys are allowed, just so I can get reimbursed for the cost of my ACTUAL medication. I would willingly face the head idiot who made up these fake prescriptions in court, and let him or her justify to a judge how they can recommend fake medications, to treat a REAL condition.

Murderers or idiots - it amounts to the same thing.

Horrible experience. Serious question- how does a doctor that has never talked to you, never seen you, doesn t know your history, make an accurate legal decision to say something is not medically necessary? It s a serious question. If we follow everything by only what s in writing, then why do we even need companies like this? Mine as well join the crowd, quit work, collect free healthcare, collect government handouts and not have to fight everyone who steals your wealth little by little.
