It's my opinion AMPS is totally worthless. In the past 6 months I have had numerous bills sent to AMPS for reconciliation and EXACTLY ZERO have been processed to completion. They often claim they have not received the information.

Exactly what previous reviewers have said. I'm getting the runaround and they absolutely have zero care for one's situation. I had to put a medical bill on a payment plan just so I avoid being sent to Collections. This is a bill AMPS was supposedly working on. I sent them the bill and told them exactly that: I'm on a payment plan. This was more than ten months ago. Today they just called me and said "oh, we didn't know you're on a payment plan. We will go ahead and cancel that dispute then."

Are you kidding me? I was on a payment plan because of YOU. Because you take FOREVER to get this straightened out. This is a total sham.

Exactly what a previous reviewer said... I feel like I just get the run around from them with no actual progress being made on the balance bills we're getting after paying our portion. I've worked with another cost mitigation company in the past (unfortunately can't remember the name) who was so much more efficient and got done what needed to be done.
