While they are reliable and get the job done, there is nothing exceptional about their service. It would be great if they could improve their communication and provide more detailed updates.

Awful place to work and deal with. Very high turnover rate. Patty Skelton has no idea how to be a "boss". A ton of strict rules. Not worth the stress!
My Father is Retired and on Social security and his insurance is not in network..
He gets 8MG. PerCC x 20CC every month for his pain pump..
So $3750 for 12months =$45000 a year.
He asked them if he didnt have insurance what it would be ?
They said with NO INSURANCE IT WOULD BE ONLY $40.00 for the Morphine
That's Just Deoplorable and Bad business. It should be a insurance fraud and should be shut down ..
What scares me is they pray on the Elderly and people in pain in hopes they will actually pay..
I seriously hope My dad is able to get this bill canceled ..
