Horrible - they took the liberty of ordering parts on my credit card, when the installer got here and I asked about if I was required to sign a contract for services I was told yes and the cost to get out of the contract is $400.00. I also had some things arrive via UPS that day for the installation. I decided not to install Trey Byus s Hughes Net. When I called him about the parts he told me I had to return them to Hughes Net. So, I called them the odd thing is Mr. Byus had ordered them in his name so I am unable to return them at a cost of $224.00, when I called Mr Byus back at Advanced Home Solutions they kept hanging up on me. I would suggest anyone wanting to do business with them make sure you processed with caution. They just want your money. No intention of doing honest work.
