First 2 visits I was Overcharged on my copay by Alyssa even though she made 2 copies of my insurance card. She wouldn' t call the insurance co. Because she' s too lazy. On May 17th, she Interrupted my session to say I must move my car. Really ? First of all, there are NO signs saying I can't park where I did. If you had called the police, you' d would have found out I CAN park there. Don't know what your F__king problem is, but There is Something wrong with you.Because of YOU I Am NOT going to ACTS anymore ! Alyssa, YOU'RE an IDIOT at Best. Bye , Bye ! ! !

Therapists are amazing but office staff is so rude that I will no longer be going here. Office staff pushes away clients.

After years of working for major corporations it was a nice change of pace to work for a family owned company! The owners take the time to not only invest in their employees, but to also get to know them as people which not many companies do! In the year I've worked here my hard work has been not only recognized, but rewarded. It's refreshing to work for a company that values their employees and allows for in house growth. What I admire the most about this company is their drive to deliver the best possible care to their patients. I'm happy to be apart of the ACTS family and I'm optimistic about my future with this company!

AMAZING!!! I can't say enough about this place. The office staff are so down so professional yet so personable. When you find the right therapy you can conquer the world. This is how I felt after I found my therapist. Thank You!

My 11 year old son did a full battery of tests and began Neurofeedback with ACTS in late spring 2018. The difference, nearly six months later is unbelievable. He went into ACTS angry, depressed, and with few friends. Now, he smiles, has friends, doesn't throw things, and is positive. It is the closest thing to a miracle I can think of. Dr. Lucas and his staff are AMAZING. It didn't happen overnight, but six months is pretty fast for such a dramatic difference.

This is a great place. Kind staff and knowledgeable and caring providers. It was a difficult decision to choose to go to counseling and then choosing a provider was overwhelming. I chose Advanced Counseling and Testing Solutions because of their 30+ 5 star Health Grades ratings (I did my homework =) I really benefited from Therapy and cannot thank ACTS enough. ACTS has a very pretty office; certainly a place I do not mind going. Keep doing what you are doing!

Can not thank ACTS enough for all they have done for me. My therapist was the Executive Director and he is really great. All of the staff are kind and easy to schedule with. I have a friend who recommended me to come here, and he loved his therapist too. They are for REAL, I'd give 6 stars, if I could.

Dr. Lucas is definitely the most perceptive and genuine doctor I ve seen. He was very easy to talk to and I have great confidence in his Neurofeedback program! 10/10 would recommend.

I was able to see my therapist at the Lancaster location and Wyomissing face to face. She is awesome and the office is so nice, clean and they make feel safe with their COVID-19 screenings and temperature checks. ACTS is a godsend! They Care!

I have had other therapist It didn't help much at all I needed a therapist the was gifted. I was at the end of my rope and found ACTS it has been about 4 years now I feel as I am a different person. The caring and personal treatment I have received is exceptional. They really care about there patients, its not about the money its about the person.. It has changed my life. Dr Joe is amazing and his staff is more then I can express in words. Thank you ACTS for giving me my life back!!!!
