Really good people. Not many mechanics with good customer service who actually care like these guys. Floyd and the rest of the mechanics at AAR are professional and will contact you about your vehicle.

I recommend coming here if you want good mechanics that you can trust.

Been coming here for years. Really nice quality work. I'll be honest I can't always afford everything, but I also know they are not trying to rip me off. They believe in quality and stand by it and I appreciate them for it.

My car had several issues wrong with it, something you may hear from any crooked mechanic; but it seriously did this time around.

Instead of trying to take advantage of me, however, they were thoroughly honest. Even if their prices were a bit higher, Advanced Auto Repair is trustworthy and a highly recommended auto shop to use.

They even have a car service to take you home if you need it.

Glenn is amazing guy and pleasant to work with. Even on his day off he was more than willing to give me the news about my car, something I feel some shops would not do.

As you get a few miles on a vehicle having a good place to get it repaired at a reasonable price is the key to being able to keep that car. Byron is a great technician he diagnosed the problems accurately. If there was a problem he made it right. Had some front end work and a major a/c repair. Couldn't be more satisfied with the results or the price.

Highly recommended and there is a reason folks wait in line to have Byron work on their cars. He's fantastic! Everyone at Advanced Auto Repair is friendly and helpful. If it's just a simple ride home or sorting out a difficult technical problem they take care of the customer and I will be back.

These guys did a great job and very friendly people! They also follow up with you and offer great services!

Service: Oil change

Good place, called and got a next-day appointment, they fixed my issue for the price of the diagnostic fee (about $150) and they also for no additional fee found other potential issues for me to get checked further in the future (I'm sure they did this so that I'll get repairs with them in the future, but it works, if I find I can't do the repairs myself I trust this place to do them and I already know how much it will cost, because they already told me). Overall, I feel like I got my issue solved quickly, conveniently and for a good price.

So far the only mechanic shop I can trust. I wish they would do general upgrades/maintenance without getting a diagnostic fee but I can trust the work, and I trust the people which is most important. Thanks Zack and Blake!

Took my car in because it was squeeling when you start the engine and the volume dial wasn't working right and when I came to pick it up hours later and they told me they just had to tighten a few things and fix a belt and my total was $38 I was so relieved! I truly believe other places would take the opportunity to rip off a younger woman but they didn't and they definitely earned my business as well as my neighbors I'll tell when they are having car troubles!

I am not satisfied at all with the service I received on my 199 Chevy1500 at Advanced Auto Repair. They quoted me one price after they did the diagnostic to replace only the distributor. They said it still wouldn t start and when it was all said and done the price went up a substantial amount. I do not recommend them because of their dishonesty and price gouging. They said they replaced the coils and the distributor and it cost me 698.00 with a 75.00 coupon. The man (I think is the owner) had the nerves to tell me he has to feed his kids. Well we all have to feed our kids so that s not something I think a business owner should tell his customer. They don t even deserve the one star I had to give them to post this review

Floyd has always taken great care of my family. My daughter came here and they were so professional with her and not looking to retire on a service to a young girl impressed me so much I don't take any of my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you Floyd & Tommy!!
Greatly appreciated the service as always. They are more like family to us!! Everyone takes ownership of what's going on. Anytime I call with a question, if that person doesn't know they find one who does. Keep up the great work. Thank you so much.
