Same as other phone service is poor, 15 minutes on hold then hung up on.
I did leave a message and did get a call back from a very helpful person and they sent a truck out right away. So next time I will wait for the message prompt then leave a message .this is my recommendation: just leave the message

As we are leaving the state wanted to stop service Co required us to furnish personal info regarding the sale of our home ( none of their business )glad to be done with these people would not recommend them to anyone

friendly staff members saves a lot of time from having to drive to the local dump only gave 3 stars because the person at the scales has a problem with customer service needs to go learn some manners.....I thought I had forgotten my driver's license and went back to check when I asked if he could check he kept repeating to get back on the scale even after I had shown him my recipe this kid is obviously on a power trip......I found my license on the floor of my truck

Telephone service very poor. This is inexcusable.
Considering the 20 year monopoly given to Advance by the city and the guaranteed income they have, improving customer telephone service would be easily within their budget, without again raising rates.

They do not answer the phone. I called and left a voice mail to receive a call back (as promised on their messages) but never did. I highly doubt its that hard to answer a phone while in an office handling other things, it it called multitasking.

Called to cancel service. There requirements were out of line. The person who answered hung up on me after requesting a supervisor. Who is this world supplies great customer service anymore. What are those senior's to do now that everything has to be done online. Technology has ruined service. Overall very poor service!!!!!

Never had problems with my trash being picked up every week but you would think after years of bad reviews and complaints they would answer the phone. This is the first time I've had to call and like everyone else, cannot get through. I left a message & even sent an email. No replies. I had to actually go to the office which was empty. When I finally was able to talk to someone, they hadn t even looked at my email which was sent a week prior. I put two more trash cans on my bill. It took the secretary 5 minutes to do & schedule a drop off. DMV is much easier than dealing with this office.
