I like Adservio a lot. I don't know what I would do if it weren't for this platform. I can access my grades, absences, lessons and even read if I need to. If I gave it a grade it would be a clean 10.

It is a very good administrative tool and a very good means of communication between school and family - that is, an electronic catalog. Unfortunately, the part of online courses (interactive lessons) is poorly designed and poorly supported technically. It is designed one-way, for teacher-centered education, which comes, teaches the lesson, listens to a few students and leaves. Basically, there is only one student in the class, who is exchanged with another student only when the teacher wants. Children's feedback is extremely difficult to send / receive, and student-to-student communication is nil. Zoom or Skype interaction is much more vivid and closer to the functionality of a classroom.

If it were possible, I wouldn't give a star. The platform doesn't work anymore. Those in the call center have no idea about their platform, they are just there to answer the phone, and the technician answers you after days. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLATFORM TO ANY KNOWLEDGE.

full of bugs, interface similar to the one 7 years ago, errors probably existing since then, no one thinks they fixed them. the user manual on their website doesn't work, and they also ask for money on top of it.
I wanted to share a file with a friend and whatever I do, he doesn't get it. I find it hard to believe that the team really works on the site. the user manual has been "white" for a few days and I haven't seen any changes.
I would say start working harder, especially since you are paid for the "excellent" services you provide.

This application does not work at all. While some stay and work for hours, I struggle to connect because if I press confirm nothing happens.

What embarrassing programmers could make this platform ... you have to manually go to eg page 8 of the messages ... and when you send a message the same error every time "You did not complete the message" ...
