Adrenaline Vault Review

Amazing place. Good music and safe friendly environment. Great for fittness. Stay as long as you like. But after about 2 hours as a beginner you wont need anymore! I'm thinking membership tbh.

We had organized our son s 10 birthday party at Vault for around 18 kids ( 15 and plus kids clearly mentioned on my email). If you are going there for the first time, I would never ever recommend this place for kids party
1. As there is no indoor space for doing the cake.
2. The benches which were provided wasnt stable or properly maintained and its outdoor with shade .
3.Never clearly mentioned about the play area and what procedures are followed when you are in for the first time of booking via online.
4. Insufficient staffs for kids party especially with the large number of group.
5. Never mentioned that each kid to be accompanied by theor parents to hold the rope for the first time.
6.Person who was replying me to my email has not mentioned about this to her staff literally a communication gap.
7. Staff forcing us to pay them the remaining balance while we are holding the ropes which is kind of disgusting and disappointing.
8.2hrs package is not worthwhile as they keep explaining so many safety rules, by the time kids wanna do the individual climbing,they will lose their interest in playing .
9. The Person communicating must explain each and everything before she makes in booking and be upfront how it works with kids or adults coming in for the first time.
10. One child ( aged 13) who was invited to the party had no chance to do the rock climbing as staff asked ger to hold the rope below and I had pay for her before the staff asked her to do.. I felt so odd about the behaviour of staff and i felt sad as she never got a chance to play even after paying for her.

I m totally disappointed with the above things.
I wanted kids to enjoy rather than waiting for their turn.

I give two stars becoz of the staff who took care of kids in and out and explaining each and every adult or kids in depth .

Love this place. Been coming since it opened a couple of years ago and it's grown and developed a lot since then. There's a great community and the staff are super friendly. Now with extra training facilities and top rope and lead climbing soon to come, it's quickly becoming one of the best facilities in Perth for climbing. They keep it clean and regularly change the routes and use technology and events to keep it interesting. Highly recommended.

Great place for climbing! There was lots of different challenge ratings so everyone from complete beginners (like myself haha) to experienced climbers can have a good time

Unreal setup, everything you need in the one spot. Staff are fantastic too.

My First time rock climbing was an amazing experience, it was exhausting and challenging but so much fun, the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Awesome indoor bouldering centre with friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of fun for the kids and adults alike. Looking forward to more climbing!

Absolutely fantastic staff and facilities. My only regret is that I didn't learn about this place soon enough.
