ADP is a very good company to work with . Plenty of leaves. Managers are there to hear your problems. It's a very good organization for self learners. Yearly bonus is paid on the basis of performance. I was in Satuner Anthony's team. He is one of the finest managers i have ever worked with. Insurance is given to employees and extended to family members like parents and in laws. Overall people are professional and friendly. Tough competition to grow as the company is huge. One ADP. Even the 1st star is a waste for this company HR.

I have received the mail for the interview whereas the interview date already been passed and the mail comes 1 or 2 days later on after the interview date.
Even after replying to same email, no response at all.

And the HR from company wants to know and judges on the basis of stability, even after the candidate is ready to stay for a longer duration, ready to sign of any kind of bond as well. Still, HR can hire and gets fooled by the people who play the game of pretending and fooling the HR that they will stay with the company.

If candidate whose being hired by the HR team leaves the company before a year is completed, Does the company terminate or take any sort of action on this issue to the HR team.

The company would be good obviously at working and maintaining the people there.

it is the best company to work with and believe me it an honest review... i have worked with many other companies but the way they treat their employee is way diffrent then any other company... they value yiur needs and make sure tht you are utmost comfortable... also the selection is bit lengthy and joining as well but apart from that they are trully awesome.

Everyday a new challenge is thrown towards you. Very well done interior and branding done. People centric place.
