There software is worst. You will have to keep on cross checking their work other wise you are gone & will loose your money as well as fear to come under compliance.

Terrible support, They don't even get back to you even after repeated emails. I have been chasing them since last 3 weeks to get my payslips but they don't even bother to respond to emails.

I wanted to give them -1, worst & unprofessional company with sarcastic support. Do not go for payroll management with this company. Its unprofessional and non-cooperative staff. Do not accept their own mistakes.

Worst service provider with sarcastic support. i doubt they do some back end unfair practices to sell the payroll packages to organisations.

ADP follows unique styles in every aspects, I was there for 4+ year. It was a amazing experience there. You will be surrounded by a user friendly people's in all layers incl. SVP, VP, directors,managers,HR, admin.. Etc. If u willing to start your career in product based company , your best choice is ADP solutions ( recently it's merged and named as ADP india). Also benefit in ADP is so wonder they would provide free food and other nice compensations.

I wish i could give them a rating in negative, but there is no option! Their payroll service is the worst!! They don't even do the basic addition and subtraction correctly. Go for them if you really want to lose money!! Their customer support is very poor in communication, lack basic knowledge of payroll and accounting.They show no regret when there is a mistake from their side. Would never ever recommend them to anyone.
