This company is fantastic with regards to NON ELE...

This company is fantastic with regards to NON ELECTRICAL products, however DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING from these that is electric. I have purchase some wireless chargers and they have damaged quite a few phone which as forced me to send a couple to trading standards for investigation.

The customer services is shockingly poor beyond belief. Very pushy sales people. So once again, very good for NON ELECTRICAL products, DO NOT GET ANYTHING THESE THATS REQUIRES POWER!

Bought a product for a wedding but receive constant calls for feedback and to offer new products. Have asked to be removed from their call list multiple times but they just end the call. Absolute nightmare of a company that doesn't respect data privacy or the law.

Decent products, but would never use again as they constantly call you pushing for more sales. Even when you ask them to stop calling or take you off their system, they still call.... highly annoying!!!

We've found Adler to be eager to please, offering us good deals on promo items, and they seem to process orders very quickly. We've always received a good service and would therefore be happy to recommend them.

A great firm to deal with. Very professional and i am very happy with the quality of goods and engraving. Will deal with the wonderful sales lady again who is always pleasant professional and ready to give you good advice and make sure everything is perfect. Lets be honest, when you are engraving dozens of items you cant make a mistake. Great service and thank you to all the Team.

The product received was great, but the service was not. Upon placing the order, it stated the dispatch and delivery dates. These dates came and went with no delivery to be seen. I was then told on the phone that they had too many orders to deal with and we would not be receiving the products in time (we had a deadline for an event which we needed them for). Left extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and no update at all to let us know that this was the case, all of a sudden, the day before the event, the delivery appeared. Whilst this is excellent, it is not very encouraging that a company operating on such a large scale contradicts itself and is seemingly unaware of its own process. Ultimately, we did receive the high-quality product in time, but only after an unnecessary struggle.

Really really disappointed, didn't add my logo to items, printed wrong phone number (has to many numbers) made it super difficult to return, pested for payment even when I was complaining about above issues, which in the end I payed as was More

I have been using this company for 10 years since ...

I have been using this company for 10 years since I took over from my father who has used them since 1996. Great company to deal with, always leaves me feeling satisfied with my order. The people I have spoken to over the years have been very helpful. Andy Dow the representive that I am dealing with at the moment has definitely been the best so far I might add. They have sold me some great products over the years which have always been good quality at very competitive prices. I will definitely keep using this company help progress my business.

Where do I start
1) Art work took ages to come was not clear plus serval revisions
2) Due to above, delays I cancelled the order via web portal & Email but Items arrived and invoiced!!!!!

Excellent products and services

Excellent products and services

I was given great advice from everyone I spoke with at Adler, having no previous experience with buying such products, they were able to guide me to quality products that were brilliant value for money.

No other company has come close to providing the quality and value that Adler have (and I looked at many alternatives!), everyone loves their eXroid pens!!

Thanks to the Adler team, we have a supplier that we will be using for all such products - and thank you for making it so easy to do business with.

Shocking - If you're looking for branded merchandi...

Shocking - If you're looking for branded merchandise, try anyone else before Adler... Really.

I requested a quotation for 100 mugs in 4 different designs in October 2018. Heard nothing back... and then almost 3 months later, three boxes of random mugs arrived.

Called the company, spoke to a lary welsh bloke who refused to except they had made a mistake and refused to arrange collection.

Many many emails later, and a call to say if they weren't collected the mugs would be disposed of, they did finally agree to arrange collection.

There are loads of companies out there who can supply excellent quality branded business gifts, I would recommend you try one of them before choosing this one.

Received notification via e mail that I had appare...

Received notification via e mail that I had apparently ordered 250 pens via a supposed link on face book which I hadn't
Informed Adler that I had not placed any such order and to remove my details from there data base via email in my strongest terms
To which I received an automated email thanking me FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES.

Less than 7 days later the 250 pens arrived with my personal name on to which I am absolutely lost for words

Then the fun and games start with the customer service team that don't come back to you and when they eventually do just insist that you had ordered them.
I am currently in touch with trading standards and not a happy bunny but will se it through to the END.

Good products, good prices, shocking sales tactics and relentless phone calls regardless of whether you ask them to stop calling you or not. Would strongly advise using an alternate supplier unless you enjoy endless sales calls.

Adler is a great company, we have a lovely Account Manager called Ben Crook who sources the absolute best deals for us on quality merchandise. We have been using them for over 5 years now and are very happy with the professional and personal service they offer.

Adler have supplied efficiently excellent "logo" sewn pol shirts. I cannot always take Adler's calls as I am physically working or driving. I am a very small business and I fear that calls to me a re not justifiable

Ordered a dozen top-of-the-range umbrellas early December. Stated, repeatedly that they must arrive no later than December 18th. They arrived around the middle of January. The brollies are fine. The communication and service was abysmal. Once the order was placed they lost interest.

This company are a disgrace. If you use them just once then you will be cursed with pushy sales call for the rest of your life. No matter how many times you tell them to stop calling they persist. And to make matters worse they start to get really stroppy when you tell them no. Avoid at all costs !!!

The quality of the merchandise is excellent and the service from the gent I call "Mr Adler" was fabulous. However, after confirming my order, part of it arrived and part got cancelled, not sure how, as it was all done together! I also ordered a large quantity of the white gift pen sleeves with red bow which disappointingly disappeared from the final order and this did make the finishing off of the pens for gifts less appealing and flat! "It's a small thing but I am very fussy about the finishing touches so wasn't happy with this aspect. especially after i had re-iterated this on my last phone call - if you have this recorded it will confirm.

Awful company, send products out before you paid for or even confirmed the order. They mislead you by sending an email with a link - as soon as you click the link it confirms order which I was unaware off. Customer services argumentative when you complain - AVOID at all costs.

Good quality products at good prices. My account manager, Richard, always introduces relevant products & keeps on top of everything for me. If you need any branded stuff like pens etc then give them a try, I m sure the quality and service will blow you away!

very bad experience our first order was misplaced and took so long, then they delivered ou product. then for the second order the quality of the product was very bad. Our accounts department paid the invoices and then without any reason this credit company sent in a letter asking us to pay an outstanding bill which was already paid
. such a bad company. disgusting

pushy sales calls, trying to get you to place larger orders. Get very funny when you say no.

Be advised they will send you a quote which if you ignore, according to them counts as an OK to print and ship you an order...Never dealt with a company like this.

Unresponsive to emails and difficult to get hold of. Avoid if you can. See other review for similar experience.

I have been a faithful customer for some 17 years ...

I have been a faithful customer for some 17 years now and when I order, which is generally in January each year, I always ask for delivery in November for payment in December. I have yet to experience what I ask, as delivery varies from September to October - this years being the end of October, which is the nearest to my request for delivery.
However, the invoice payment is required on 21st November - not as requested.
What is the point of having a recording mechanism in place when ordering, if the request for delivery is ignored? It might suit the manufacturers or printers or whoever it is to get rid of them from their warehouse, but it does nothing for my cash flow.
Each year, I contact my agent, Nick Matherson who, as always gets a delay on the payment to suit me.

Adhering to the customers request is more important than giving small discounts to cover non compliance of customers requests.
Furthermore, I have let it be known previously and therefore will reiterate that the only 'phone call I require from Adler is from Nick Matherson and no other agent. If it wasn't for Nick, you would have lost my business years ago, and I am not sure now, whether I will continue with my association with Adler. Improve or lose!

Do not waste your time with this company been waiting over two months for my goods to promote a summer launch and be lucky to provide Christmas. Customer service has no previous notes so always quite unbelievable excuses.

Bought some pens initially off the facebook promotion to launch my PRODUCT LAUNCH in London. Logo looked fantastic on the pens, and had the facebook logo on also. Customers commented on the quality of the pens and a great alternative to business cards. also, spoke to a member of the sales team, who spoke to me about using my logo on other products they have on offer. Trialled a small batch of Hoodies for me and my staff. Very good quality. Would definitely recommend using these guys for your marketing. Thanks. Jake Sterling.

Never regretted a purchase so much. Not for the quality of the product but for the relentless, pushy sales calls. They will not take a polite no for an answer, then get funny when you become more assertive. In what world do they think harassing businesses will win them any orders? AVOID.
