I recently had the opportunity to engage with a company based in Singapore. Although my initial expectations were high, I found the overall experience to be average. The company's website provided a decent amount of information about their services, but it lacked a certain level of user-friendliness. Navigating through different sections felt slightly confusing, and I had to spend some time finding what I was looking for. Additionally, the customer support was somewhat slow in responding to my inquiries.
