If I could give Adesa Auctions -5 stars I would. We have to call and call for titles and they have the highest buy fees in the country with the worst service. Still waiting for a title from adesa orlando that has been there for 3 weeks. 3 times they said it will get mailed out today and they dont do it.Do your job is all I ask
This company is very focused on customer service and has been very helpful in every transaction that we have done with them! I highly recommend them with all your auction purchases!
Do not work here. They let me go because supposedly I wasn't "engaged" enough even though I helped others make phone calls after I was finished with my region. This place is a joke.
The absolute worst management staff at the little rock branch. Have been going to Adesa sense 2004 and enjoyed there service till the past year or so. They lost a customer today..
Adesa Syracuse is the worst place to go I would never go there again the HR Lady Is very rude and disrespectful And and toils me if I didn t like it then never to come back so I will take my Business elsewhere Because I will not be treated like that ever again that place needs to have a lil more respect for there customers She was the rudest Person I have ever meant I only had a couple questions and she flew Off the handle And toils me not to come back to there location so I will take my Business to another action that is nice she is supposed to be the human resource person but i don t know where she was trained But it wasn t the right way hope they figure it out and as long as she still works there I will not go there again
After dealing with credit acceptance which is by FAR THE WORST financing company I have ever dealt with and made two partial payments. My car was repossessed and held by this company ADESA. I dealt with single handedly the most unpleasant woman I have ever experienced. Her name shall not be mentioned, because further actions have and will be taken place. She could not have been anymore rude whatsoever. Working in customer service for over a DECADE, and being number one in my company. I deal with this on a daily basis. I understand that she must deal with angry and frustrated people all the time. However, when in contact she had no manners from the very beginning. She looked, and acted highly unethical for a workplace. She led me to my vehicle which had TWO FLAT tires in the middle of a snowstorm 98 miles from my hometown. She completely ruined my experience with this company. I have advised my company (1000+ people) half of which will never ever deal with this company or any of their services ever again. She finished the 'closing process' by stating and I QUOTE, "Don't ever come back here ever again, please."
Flabbergasted and astounded. This woman should be relinquished of her duties immediately and seek counseling.

Scam artists. Tried to solve issue with Adesa Charlotte with corporate office and was told each office makes their own rules. Garbage.
Sold me two cars and also sold them to someone else. They told me they would unwind the deal but then stuck one of the cars in my line of credit without me knowing and told me it was mine. This was on TradeRev their new platform. Software sucks, app sucks. Customer service the company reached out to me to make a wrong a right! Very surprised but happy. I reached out with my issue and they toke full ownership of the issue and made the necessary corrections.
