I was contacted by this company in reference to them having a position open, so I scheduled an interview. I showed up on time but nobody was there and the doors were locked. 20 minutes after my interview was supposed to start an employee comes strolling in like she has nothing to do. I highly suggest that nobody wastes their time with this hiring company because they will let you down, not solely based on my experience, but others as well.
I had a phone interview with this Adecco location but they never gave me a call. I then tried reaching out to multiple Adecco branch locations only for them to tell me that I had to contact the Duluth location since I had applied for a job in Winder but once I called the Duluth branch and an automated system spoke saying that I had dialed a non working extension this is ridiculous!!
Although the staff are very nice and personable, they lack structure and accountability. If you're expecting a staffing company that cares about how job sites treat you, do not go with this particular location. They have no back bone, dignity, or voice when it comes to their client. I personally felt I had to handle a lot of things that Adecco personnel should of handled on the job site. There is no accountability amongst the Adecco staff. If you have any issues, get ready for the run around and no solution. In my experience, Adecco points you in the direction of people that can not help you, and those people ultimately points the finger back at Adecco. It was very disappointing to go above and beyond for a company that lacks passion, ethic, and dignity. They'll sit in your face with a smile as problems persist, and will treat you as a customer. They do not have the better interest for the hardworking people they hire, but only the big company client they achieve to impress.
Issue: I was on a job assignment, and the job decided to implicate a new policy on what they deemed as payable hours. We were not informed of this change. After working at least 12 extra hours of overtime (which u can visibly see on my time clock) the company then adjusted our hours to the hours they wanted to pay for, not the hours worked. Adecco signed off on the changes without:
-sending out proper correspondence of the company's new changes to employees
-notifying employees prior to the necessary adjustments
- having an amicable solution/resolution in place that'll benefit all parties involved ( Adecco, client, and employee)
I expected more from a staffing company. The recruiters are trained to sale you on job positions, and are also trained in a non effective method of conflict resolution on the workplace. They'd literally feed you piss flavored rainbows and awkardly smile while making you feel like you're an idiot for speaking up for yourself.
Lisa Miller fed me lies about how long my drug srceening would take. She told me 24-48 hours to get the results back. I waited an entire week 7 days with nothing. I contact Louis Wayas about my concerns. He told me he would contact me in 20mins. Been a week still waiting. IF YOU NEED A JOB ASAP DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE. UNPROFESSIONAL WITH HOPEFUL LIES. I got bills to pay. They will give a job to ANOTHER PERSON they been PROMISING you for 2-3 weeks. FIRE LISA AND LOUIS. THEY'RE USELESS
Horrible!!!!! I had my uncle tell me they was hiring ASAP so I applied took my drug test and when it was time for my results for the drug test to come back it took Louis Wayne's 2-3 weeks to reach out to me. He didn't answer none of my calls, claimed he was out of work for 2 DAYS but I was calling him for 2-3 weeks on a update about a job he said that I had!!! It's not fair I was waiting that long and he kept feeding my lies, do not ever come there!! It's a waste of your time and information.. I want y'all to throw away every single paper with my name on it..
I personally would not recommend them at all, once they find you a job that is the end of contact with your account manager.
Unprofessional to the point they get mad at you for trying to figure out what they messed up with. They are supposed to be your means of contact from employee aka you, to company aka employer, but after being run around in circles and just passed between reps, all I can say is that you can find better.
Also if you currently work for them, make sure you keep track of hours.
I have never before, since working with staffing agencies for nearly 4 years, have I ever gotten a hand written check for my second weeks pay when I have direct deposit set up, and uing their automated payroll service let me know that my information was not even entered into their system after 3 weeks of working for them.
You can always find better.
Haven't been paid for work i did three weeks ago still waiting for a response i see why this office is closed!
This place is horrible. Never answer the phone and make promises they dont keep. Will never recommend to anyone

I first walked in last week spoke with a very friendly and helpful recruiter & was told to follow back Monday. I called several time Monday morning and no answer. I go in around lunch tile to speak with another lady and she was very short and dry told me I should've left a message. When I tried to explain the job I applied to she stated they didn't have any of those positions available and even though there were at least 7 on the website. Walked out completely unimpressed.
I wish I had read the review about this company..The people are nice to you because they need you at that time... To me they are not straight with you..they don't tell you if the job is short or long term even when you asked. Once you'll done with a job they tell you give me 24 to 48 hours to find you another job..that's NOT TRUE AT ALL... It's been 2 weeks and nothing.. So by pass this company..don't quit your job for this company...they don't email letting you know they working hard to find you something..just keep moving....I don't feel they care about you...
