ADEC is a private non-profit organization dedicated to advocating for and serving individuals of all ages with intellectual and developmental challenges in Elkhart and St. Joseph County, Indiana. They offer information, guidance, and individual support to parents of newly diagnosed children, after-school and summer camp programs, sibling and parent support groups, individual and group therapy, adult day programs, supervised adult group living, guardianship services, transportation, and job skills and community employment opportunities. We've utilized their exceptional services for our 3 Special Needs sons for over 14 years. We're thankful for all that they do and highly recommend this organization for your loved one(s) and your support.

Very clean facility with a welcoming and well trained staff. Their coffee was awesome too, so stop by the cafe if you visit.

Everyone is pleased to see you they have snacks, have wonderful art work done by the residents wide variety of drinks. I give it 5 stars

Adec discriminates against people who do not have their license, even if the job does not require driving. There are many ways to have reliable transportation to work as you know, your company offers this service to people. Really disappointed and bummed out about the lack of opportunity I had.
