Truly one of the most professional organizations to get your company's network managed and maintained. ADCom has does a stellar job with their quick response time, that they are the eye's and ears for the network for your organization. 10/10 would recommend ADCom.
A great place to learn and grow. And I appreciate the family atmosphere even though it's a place of business.
First class monitoring for network connections to keep your business up and running.
This was my second NOC! I will say this, it is a lot better one that I used to work at back in North Carolina. The people are great and there are some people who need to work on their soft skills and their teamwork. Overall it was a good experience, and my manager and some of my colleagues were very helpful. But they were also a couple that micromanaged a lot. Watch out for those people and you will find out exactly who they are. It was a good experience but the micromanaging needs to be extinguished in order for it to make it a perfect working place. But overall this was a good experience and I m thankful for the experience. I just feel like that the only thing that needs to be extinguished. But I am still very grateful for the experience and I think ADCOM solutions for everything. I just hope and pray that the micromanaging stops there.I will say this also; as long as you are around the right people that are affective and that will help you within the NOC, the job as an NOC analyst is going to be a lot easier than you think. But at the same time if you re being micromanaged, and you re constantly being targeted, it is easy to lose your mind in a very stressful place. But by overall experience is great and I m thankful for my managers and the team leads that I ve had. Once again, the only problem is micromanagement. Also, the people that I worked with are great! They really have your back when needed.
