Repair lease car later, damage bumper rear right. What appears later after collecting the car, damage is not made. Mechanic had ordered the bumper, repair processed administratively, but forgot to install the new bumper, ridiculous! How can you forget this! I had to pay a deductible for this, very annoying. After reporting, the garage has solved this without extra costs. Unfortunately no apologies or allowances received, too bad.
This is not the first time that maintenance has disappointed me at Audi Veghel.
Audi garage in Eindhoven is 10 x better.

Diagnosis is not something the company excels at, after I have left my car up to 3 times due to an electronic malfunction and have been allowed to pay an invoice of 200+ each, 3 times. In the end I went elsewhere where the fault has been resolved. After I complained about this, I was told that Van den Udenhout can do nothing about this .... Moral of the story oil changes fine, but for the real work feel free to look further.

After 1.5 weeks so yesterday I get a message on my dashboard that I have to top up engine oil tsss that is not possible .. 200 paid and yet nothing made ..
Fortunately, this does not happen on the way abroad ...

Worthless garage. We went here to look at a new car because the lease contract will expire soon. Called beforehand but an appointment was not necessary. Then walked around the showroom for half an hour before we were addressed.
