Adare Manor Hotel and Golf Resort Review

Had a great stay in November. The manor beautiful. The staff was very helpful. It was off season so not a lot of guest. I would recommend staying here a few nights. Breakfast was good. The room in the Manor was decorated exceptional...Unrelated I would suggest you come in Summer months to have more day light. It got dark early. To see the most in Ireland stay a few nights in different locations.

There are just all good things to say about this place you wont be disappointed, you just have to experience it to believe it. People say its expensive, we stayed here as a treat and all 5 star hotels are in a certain price range and this was a real treat and in my opinion value for money. Hopefully someday will get to return.

Not as good as expected for that price, but didn't play golf, so that's is something others could value more.

We had a beutiful breakfast at the manor. Celine was our waitress and she was so pleasant and gave excellent service.

What is not to like. The rooms are absolutely fabulous and roomie. Our bathroom was enormous. The restaurants - two - are fantastic settings with delicious food. Service is as you would expect, flawless. The golf course surrounds the castle which is great for golf but also for a walk - or sneaky jog before breakfast. Loved everything.

Service was outstanding. The manor is by far the BEST in class in all aspects. Hands down the most fabulous hotel we have stayed.

Disappointing at many levels. First, don t trust a travel blog. Your child will NOT be given a free Adare Bear. You will not be given a tempting tray of delicacies in your room. You will be given a room overlooking the roof with a broken television. Don t expect to get to do any of the children s activities, either. If you arrive very early you may be allowed to participate. If you are even a minute late you will literally be locked out. I have stayed at many hotels. I would place this one at about the Marriott level. Absolutely not worth 498 per night

Very nice place to stay. Great staff. Wonderful food. Elegant and comfortable. Great rooms. Beautiful setting. I would definitely recommend coming in the springtime. The rooms have recently been renovated and has all of the modern touches. The bar has wonderful drinks which are fairly pricey. They will not let you roll around in the Land Rover. Overall easily 5 Stars

Myself and my husband stayed here last night and we LOVE our 5* Irish hotels - this is now (by far) our favourite. There is nothing that can be said to improve this hotel - the staff were amazing, the rooms exquisite, the food, wine, service everything was above 5*! The grounds are breathtaking (even in the rain) and whole experience was magical! Thanks everyone at Adare Manor !! We will definitely be back!!! Xx

This is a great spot. The staff are very friendly n helpful. Food is excellent.

Visited January of 2018, and was blown away! Twenty-three hundred square foot, Three bed with all ensuite and 1 extra bath, full kitchen, exactly like you wanted your real house to be. Staff went above and beyond. Beautiful grounds, plenty of things to do from spa to tea to grouse hunts. Staff were all happy and enjoyed their jobs. A literal 10 minute walk from your town house to Adare Village proper. Great for any kind of low key holiday!

Incredible experience, right from arriving at the gate, to checking in in the room not at a desk (That's a first), to dining, service and food is exceptional.

The service is almost too much, e.g whilst dining, we had 9 different servers doing different things, it also got a bit monontonus being asked how we were getting on every time! You kind of don't get much time alone.

The rest was michelin star-esque, surprised they don't have it already. Had the a la carte menu, crab and caviar (not my thing) was beautiful, salmon tartare was okay, a bit too fishy!
Mains - we then had the beef and oxtail, sensational, but over done slightly, asked for medium rare, came medium/well. The lamb was also amazing, but that too was over done.

Dessert - if you like cheese, your in luck, go for the cheese board, great selection and make sure to try the honey truffle!

Our room was amazing overlooking the golf course and river. Beds are amazingly comfortable, every detail thought of.

Breakfast is served in the gallery, possibly the most beautiful room I have been in. Amazing breakfast too, everything fresh and lots of options.

Not cheap at all but worth it for the experience for an occasion.

What can I say such an incredible place! We have a wedding here next year, and so happy to be working with their amazing team! Each wedding location is very well thought out and the ballroom is just perfect! Plus the Christmas decorations were just right

Absolutely fantastic Hotel,the staff are amazing very friendly and attentive to your needs can't speak highly enough of them.

The staff are incredible.
The lunch was delicious . particularly the tomato soup.
Selection of bread was tasty and unusual.
Setting is beautiful.
All in all a lovely experience.

I know it is theoretically impossible to go beyond perfection, BUT Adare Manor has achieved this state. Staff, food, ambiance and service are beyond perfection. It's a must do and must see before you die.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The house was of great size and each bedroom had its own washroom. Local village within 5 minute drive which was small and quaint had some necessities and a bakery worth visiting.

The Villas were very large and accommodating. We had four of us but we could have easily slept 7 comfortably. The villa was clean and quiet and the doormen, who honestly were our favorite part of the experience, were some of the nicest humans have ever met. Would absolutely stay again.

Wunderfull place to stay. Very nice rooms and staff. Enjoyed the grounds immensely, would recommend this place to anyone thinking of giving it a try.
