AA Medical delivered the equipment on time and even waited for me and my husband to show up at the delivery site. They explained everything to a T and answered all of our questions. Thank you so much!

They worked with me efficiently during a supply chain crisis, chip shortage, device shortage, etc. They were flexible and accommodating despite recall ambiguity willing to cooperatively share some of the risk with me without absolute guarantees from the vendor or insurance company. They were courteous and caring. Overall I was very pleased And grateful.

The service employees are amazing, thoughtful, patient, and very polite. The only problem i have is one that so many businesses are experiencing now. They are short staffed and the phone isn't answered in a timely fashion. Overall the business is very reliable and handles orders promptly.

Rebecca in the Milford office was AMAZING!!!! Super nice and very thorough!! She had me laughing and smiling the entire time. She didn t skip or rush any of the steps and kept in interesting. So thankful I got to be her patient/client bc it was a great experience!! She deserves a raise bc that was the best service I ve ever had! She was such a people person and a social butterfly who smiled the entire time!!

Your service stinks. My cpap machine has been recalled since June. Adapt Health new about the recall and still continued to call me after June till present and ask if they could send new supplies. I was told by doctor that I should contact Phillips who manufactures the machine me/my husband use and was told along with my doctor to stop using it.

Tried to contact Customer Service and spoke with a women named Chris A. (because she wouldn't give me her whole name) This employee was totally disrespectful and I was sold I would still have to pay for the supplies. When asked if I could speak to someone in charge - 6X before she answered me Chris A responded "Everyone is in charge here at Adapt Health . You can send back the supplies and we will tell you if we want to issue you a refund or not". I also asked what site she was working from and she would not tell me. Good Luck trying to reach someone at Headquarters left 2 messages with Josh Parnes and no response as of yet.

Never want to do business with them again.

This was a pick up, not a delivery. He picked up the concentrator, big portable tank about 2 and a half to three feet tall, and two small tanks about12 to 15 inches tall. The pickup guy was very nice.
You have given me excellent service and I enjoyed doing business with you.
I would have stayed with you but you failed to work with me on getting me a portable concentrator.
My doctor kept faxing the paperwork you needed but they kept sending back and saying something was missing. After about 7 or 8 attempts,
I even went to my doctors office and watched the nurse fax over everything you needed, but there again they said the doctors order was missing but it was not missing.
We got the confirmation that said you did receive everything that was ask for. This went on around two or three months, so I gave up and went with a different company, however I would recommend you to other customers. I hated losing this company but you left me with no choice.

Ricardo...top notch! He was thorough and professional in setting up and explaining how to operate the oxygen system.

The people at clay home medical are absolutely courteous and professional. Todd did an excellent job of explaining everything that I needed to know about this machine. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time. I highly recommend Clay home medical and Todd.

Mya was very informative. Very courteous, pleasant to be around. Knowledgeable of the product. I'd recommend Young's to everyone I know who needs a sleep machine.
