This is an office campus with ample parking and a lot of green area. The campus has small trail system that takes you around different offices and nearby eateries. The facility has underground parking, vending machines, and a gym.

Cell coverage sucks in building for some reason. Tried all big three networks on couple of phones. Voice is choppy and almost like there is a jammer on when using data...
Property management company is good and responds well to needs. Location is great for people living on the east side. Also close to Rapid Ride stops that connects to the Bellevue transit center.
Great campus-TONS of underground parking (acres???), though you (well, your company) has to pay. Totally worth it. Keeps your car out of the snow/rain/tree leaves/pine needles that surface lot parkers have to contend with, and you don t have to deal with walking through all that, too :)
Management and engineering team here is great - very attentive and even more proactive. They really just take care of everything without much fuss. Nice gym on-site, lots of trails to walk around on during you lunch break. There s a Five Guys burger place about 4 blocks west and a few other places the same distance (and a grocery store). There s even a Trader Joes across the street (west side of the property).
Overall, the folks running the place take great care of it - it s a nice place to come to work.
It's a freaking Smellvue office park!!! Not worth your time.
Lovely location for your office space. A wooded campus near Microsoft, with available underground parking, your employees will be happy because it is near over 100 eating places, ranging from Trader Joe's to sit-down restaurants, for a quick lunch. There is lots of nearby housing, top-rated schools, and easy access to the highway.
A business park that houses roughly 10 companies. There are plenty of trees, a small cafeteria, gym, and also some outdoor event space. People rarely use the outdoor space, but it is nice, nonetheless.

Gorgeous, love working here. I'm glad the local residents fought back when they wanted to expand it with higher buildings, because as much as I support development, it's so nice to look out each day and see wildlife outside my office. There us a full family of rabbits, tons of birds and dragonflies, and I've heard people have even seen deer! It's not super close to food, but it does have it's own high tech vending-cafe, where you just self-checkout from 4-5 fridges and security cameras watch to make sure you paid.
I can park under trees that are huge! My car is protected from rain but not so much from wind.
Beautiful fall colors here and a very calm place. I come here for walk sometimes.

2018 is a great building, no issues to speak of, but also limited. Not near connector or shuttle stops, more than just a quick jaunt to any on campus facilities, and worst of all(?)... Mediocre free coffee!
Restart Technology Rehab is in the same building as several tech companies. Not smart
Upscale locality with multiple business centers. I especially liked the way the entire area was nestled in thick tree cover with really old trees. The building are very well maintained and offices are well staffed and provisioned. The parking is ample and the area is very close to some very good food options for lunch.
Great place to sled because of the hills. The parking was easy to get in at 10:00am, more people started showing up at 12:00pm- when we were leaving - so it was nicely planned. The snow was perfect and fun!
No disposable plates, cup or spoon. Very poor break rooms. Ee were using regular cups and plates and was washing dishes by own...
I walk my Service dog here daily almost. It's wooded with huge grass area with walkways. Bunnies too. Adjacent to field tennis court net, in sand. It's nice not frequented area when school isn't in session. WARNING:LADY SECURITY GUARDS SCREAM OVER THEIR LOUD MUSIC AND DRIVE FAST BACKWARDS DOWN ROADS TO TALK TO YOU VS GETTING OUT AND BEING POLITE.
This is a nice campus hosting many small to medium size of tech companies in Bellevue area.
