Placed orders for the last 4 weeks and haven't gotten a delivery yet. Worst part is that I can't even take my business somewhere else. Hopefully they get their stuff back together soon.

Very disappointing service and poor management. I thought it was just us but many other retailers have the same opinion about them. Only reason we do business with this company is because they have territorial rights and we can t get products from any other distributors. We ve just given up on hope that they ll get any better.

Very inexperienced drivers working for this company. Maybe they don't care. You should give this driver some remedial training.

THEY JUST WANT TO DELIVER WHEN EVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT!! Also I think SALESPERSON was a ISSUE too...keep telling me he did put in the order and he checked the delivery day hmmm....well I understood when they suddenly change the deliver day to Friday well ITS FRIDAY AND didn't even show up!! And the SALESPERSON IS TELLING ME HE DID PUT THE ORDER AND HE CHECKED HMMM....WHAT AN IGNORANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL

I will say the initial transition from R.A Jeffreys to Adams was a bit rough in the beginning. I am very pleased with how much care has been put into repairing relationships in the industry. I am the Managing Partner for a local restaurant here in Fayetteville and I will say that in my 23 years or so in this industry, Jessica Bunkley has been a true blessing. Although new in her role, her experience in the industry from her previous work experience has been very helpful for my account and I assure others. Can't get a delivery, Can't speak with a rep. Endless ridiculousness

We been trying contact our salesman and no one answered my emails or phone calls

Ive been trying to place an order for weeks! Sent emails, voicemails nothing

they didn't delivery my order in past two week and no one contact me . horrible customer service!!

Appt. Was for 3:30 am they won t care to even speak to you until 6/7 am I had to cancel the next load because of these people s stupidity matter the fact I don t know why they would tell brokers and confirm those times if they know they are closed bunch of clowns and unprofessional staff definitely will not comeback first and last
